Even with Chris Webber and Brad Miller out of the line-up They were only playing Boston but still to score so many points with two players of that caliber missing shows how deep that team is. Vlade Divac even had a triple double 14,11 and 11
Well it wasnt exactly against the best competion in the world(the celtics) but with the way scoring is in the NBA nowadays that really impressive. But thats what the kings do, get buckets. Nobody everybody knows that. The real question is can they defend the good teams come playoff time?hmm.....
Of course they can. The bigger question is: will they? Anyway, I saw that score, and 127 seems to be the Magic number of the night (no pun intended), seeing as both the Kings and the Bucks hit that mark in their respective wins over Boston and Orlando. That's some damn good offense. Has Dallas hit that, yet?
Even though they were facing a team pretty much devoid of defensive and size presence, this is a great achievement against such a, well let's just say, not very good team. Very proud of the way they played though, seems like the Kings can take care of themselves when it counts even when Webber and Miller aren't around. Great work Vlade, let's just see if you can handle KG and company.
