Injuries, Injuries, Injuries..........And the play of D-Wade, Lamar Odom, and Eddie Jones have made him a fourth option on offense......Butler's defense is still good though.

I think he will get back to his old form...injuries slow a player down...Dwyane Wade and Lamar Odom will need some help...he can give that to them.
I really like Butler and I think he'll eventually regain his old form and then some...however, if Miami can acquire a quality center or point guard for Butler, then I say pull the trigger... Miami is better off with Wade at the 2 and Odom at the 3 (oppose to wade at 1, and odom at 4). Skip is a solid point guard but I don't see him as a long term solution as the starter....I would personally like to see Miami trade for a defensive minded point like Earl Watson....perhaps Butler and Haslem for Watson and Swift....or something to that nature...

As of now, I feel the Miami team has potential. As long as they find a quality center, *cough* Dampier *cough* or anyone that's better than Grant... The 2 is also somewhat of a void... I don't really like Eddie Jones... not consistent enough of a player, if Miami got Flip Murray... the possibilities are endless...

Well I like both of them, and it's pretty even. I actually like Wade at the 1, I just don't like Jones and Grant. Trade them is what I say...

I have to agree with you there, Jones and Grant ought to be traded, Jones can't even steal like he use to anymore. Once Grant's power is gone he won't be able to contend anymore. McDyess is a lot better then he is now. Too bad the trading deadline is over, Butler could've get you some great people from teams which lack defense, Sixers, Magic and the Mavericks. You could've even thrown in players you didn't like or need or could make the deal more appealing like how notmuchgame mentioned trading Haslem.
Why would you want to trade Butler. He had a remarkable rookie season, I agree he is't not having a great Season this year, but he is still young, and talented. Another reason why he isn't scoring as much as last year is the minutes:36.6 in his rookie year to 28.9 now. Trading him will be the worst thing the Heat can do. He can go somewhere else and possibly get more minutes, and produce more.
Looks like Caron isn't going anywhere, so lets hope he can get his game back..........LETS GO CARON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well theonly reason he did so good his rookieseason was because he was the gotoguy... Jones wasinjured and he was the only onecarrying the team... Now he isn't the go toguy so his numbers drop, but he's still an asset to the team.
