i dont think you pistons fans will be saying that if they wina title this year. In my opinion they seem to be the only team in the east who can be strong enough to beat the west.

I don't think we'll be seeing any champs out of the east for atleast another 5 years. The west is just too dominant and a lot of those teams are still young. San Antonio, Dallas and Sacramento are set for atleast another 3-4. The T-Wolves will also be good for atleast another year or two after this season, but they're one of the older teams with Cassell and Spree.
