I think he is, The CLippers will pounce on him if he is available come their pick, they need a PG and Bassy's court vision is just amazing.</div>

Clips need someone like Felton not Bas Telfair...they need a pass first PG..

I want Felton to go to the Clips, I love him, he plays with so much heart, but I think they will be intrigued with Telfair, I think he will be available come their pick and they will take him.

I'm just being realistic being that he could be the first high school point guard in the NBA chosen in the first round. This guy is talented no doubt about it but in terms of drafting the point guard position I find it to be pretty tricky especially gambling with a high schooler who in some minds is not considered to be the best in its class.

Would the Clips really jump on this guy knowing that they would at least need 2 to three years of developement on him? I would think after all the losing the Clips have faced that they would want someone that was able to play right away like Felton (as said by Dre). He is also more of a pass first point while Bass is in the mold of a scoring guard.

I can see a lot of teams shying away from the Telfair talk during draft time. There is always some international diamond in the rough that gets all the attention and I think Telfair can get lost in the shuffle. I would love to see the kid play in the League but not at the expense of being drafted in the second round.

Telfair would be dumb to go straight to the league, he's not strong enough and can still work on his game. Going to college for a year would do him a lot of good but Dean would be SOL if that happens. Telfair will go to Louisville, win a championship then go pro. That's his best bet.

Pitino will work wonders for this guy's game in every aspect. Bassy is a get player dont get me wrong, but he is undersizedand needs more experince in higher level of play.

Is easier for him to get hurt in college to recover than in the NBA because he wasn't ready physically or mentally, he just needs the experience.

i don't think Pitino is much a coach when it comes to bringing a young player along..he'sa good recruiter and X' & O's coach but to say he will be the right guy to bring Bas alone is a far reaching overstatement in my opinion.

man Impossible is Nothing, that tag line is true playa. Ask any pro baller Tmac, KG, Flip Murray all were doubted till when the showed up in the league and every body was left in shock. sorry sorta off topic but Pitino can bring Bassy along the way its best for him.

I was watching some show on T.V. the other day and they sounded pretty confident that Telfair is going to the draft. Like they said he will most likely be a lottery pick, so why not? Although I don't necessarily support straight from highschool to pro ball, if you can be a lottery pick right now I think its best for him to enter.
