absolutely ridiculous....MR WADE is almost unstoppable as a rookie, when he develops his jumper further and learns the little things about the league he will be an Allen Iverson type offensive talent who teams have to prepare their entire defensive scheme around Mr Wade. Dwyane has a competitive edge that we havent seen in Miami besides Riley, Timmie and ZO...he is the next franchise player for our Heat...and Lamar Odom is just about the PERFECT compliment as a 2nd option to MR WADE.. Wade is a 25ppg, 5 apg, 5 rpg All Defensive team guard in this league in 2-3 years BET ON IT
I agree with most of the things you said. But I don't think he wil be better than Zo, I mean he was pretty good when he was a heat. But the 25/5/5 game, I would have to agree with.
I also agree with what you said.I think Wade is awesome and has alot of potential.I agree that he will be 25/5/5 player.Wade is the futur of the Heat's franchise.
yeah dwyane wade is gonna be an awesome player... he can really penetrate to the basket... but i hope he doesn't fall in love with his improved J just like VCarter and end up being like Allan Houston... his strength remains drivin to the hoop... this man is capable of that 25,5,5 numbers....

by the way how do u people get the pictures besides your posts in the profile...pardon me for not being up on that feature
I actually think I'm capabable of better than 25/5/5. You guys underestimate me so much Don't worry I know my dunk is my strength... Anyways, Wade's potential is filled to the brim. The cat has so much to offer, he's unstoppable, wow he's amazing... GO WADE
25/5/5 very possible. all defensive too -he's already team leader in steals and second in blocks. my buddy nailed it the other day at the game, this is kobe II.
Man he isnt gonna be nobody, he holds his own. He shoulda been in the dunk contest that guy can elevate. Wade will be a 25, 5, 5 player in the near future thats for sure. Lamar Odom, Wade, and Skip 2 my lou could be better than the big three the way i see it all of them gettin 40 min a game would be unstoppable.
Skips been doin good with the Heat. I never would've expected that to happen. I thought he'd be traded around every year to different teams, as of now I think he'll stay with the heat for abit.

He's not too selfish and handles the ball very well, being the Street Legend that he is. Wade is possibly my favorite Rookie along with Bosh. He's just such a deadly shooter, even as Rookie, he is a major factor and helps carry his team. He really is gonna make it big in the near future, regardless of numbers he's still gonna be awesome. I see him dropping 50 in at least one game in the near future.

That is totally stupid... Skip is developping into a deadly player. If they don't sign him, watch for him to start for a team that needs him and be a very good player....

If they don't sign him, watch for him to start for a team that needs him and be a very good player....</div> Heres the article and link smart guy Alston could be offseason cap casualty By Ira Winderman Staff Writer Posted February 18 2004 MIAMI ? As the Heat looks ahead to Thursday's 3 p.m. NBA trading deadline, point guard no longer stands as a position of need. For now. As often has been the case during Pat Riley's nine-year stewardship of the franchise, the Heat has developed unexpected depth at point guard, this time with Rafer Alston adding shooting, passing and speed at the position behind primary starter Dwyane Wade. The problem, however, is like many of Alston's predecessors who were added on one-year free-agent contracts, the Heat faces the possibility of losing Alston after only one season because of salary-cap restrictions. "I'm looking for a respectful deal," Alston said when the subject was broached to him. "If it's a respectful deal to where I've brought to the team in my position, as a backup, I'll take the deal. Whatever the pay is, in professional sports, anything is good pay." While Riley has moved from coach to team president, he is faced with yet another potential defection. In 1997, he added free-agent John Crotty, who provided valuable backup minutes behind Tim Hardaway in the team's climb to the Eastern Conference finals. After 48 games with the team, Crotty left for a free-agent contract with the Portland Trail Blazers. The following season, Eric Murdock was added as a free agent and more than held his own in playing the entire 82-game schedule. He then was lost to New Jersey as a free agent. The year after that, Terry Porter took over as Hardaway's backup, capably guiding the team until leaving for San Antonio as a free agent the following summer. From there, Anthony Carter became entrenched as the backup. But now, with Alston, the Heat could be back in the same position it was with Crotty, Murdock and Porter -- one-year wonders who wandered. "You're looking for stability, a situation where you'll be around for three, maybe four years," Alston said before Tuesday night's game against the Utah Jazz at AmericanAirlines Arena. "Of course, you look to increase your value, but where the market is right now, you have to understand there are limits." While the Heat can use all or part of an expected $5.1 million mid-level salary-cap exception to re-sign Alston as of July 14, Riley has expressed a desire to use that entire sum to add a single, quality free agent. If that is the case, the Heat will be left to offer either its $1.6 million lower-level exception or a minimum-scale offer at about $870,000. The problem with each of those options is they are limited to two years in length. "This is my third one-year deal," Alston, 27, said. "I think now I'm probably looking for a three-, four-year range." Alston is earning the veteran's minimum of $688,679 this season. http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/basketb...fla-sports-heat
I also like Wade, and I think he's the 2nd best rookie behind LeBron...He's a much more better all-around player than Carmelo, and is doing a remarkable job this season, leading the Heat into playoff contention...
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting DeceptionMC:</div><div class="quote_post">Wade is a 25ppg, 5 apg, 5 rpg All Defensive team guard in this league in 2-3 years BET ON IT</div> I'm with you on that one. Wade does not get the respect he deserves, everyone is caught up in the LeBron/Carmelo hype that he is way overshadowed. This guy has played very impressive for Miami this season and has been the main reason for the Heat playoff push. Of course he probably has no chance at winning ROY, but as long as people know he's lighting it up, I'll be happy. IMO he can be a more consistent scorer than Carmelo, I love his crossover and his explosiveness to the basket, the guy just has so many ways to score. If he can keep himself injury free for most of the year, you will see the Heat in the playoffs without a doubt. I would like to see Wade, LeBron, and Carmelo all in the playoffs this year to be honest. It would be great for the NBA to see these exciting rookies put on a show on national tv for consecutive games where it means the most, it's possible.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting HoustonHoopa33:</div><div class="quote_post">I also like Wade, and I think he's the 2nd best rookie behind LeBron...He's a much more better all-around player than Carmelo, and is doing a remarkable job this season, leading the Heat into playoff contention...</div> I wouldn't be saying any are better than the other, because they all have completely different styles. The three will all be bright stars in the future, but I don't think its fair to compare any of them because they're all so different. Wade is my favorite rookie this year, and I love the fact that people are finally starting to recognize him. Wade is the heart and soul of this team already as a rookie, and I see nothing but good in the future for this guy. What really sets him apart from the other two rookies are the fact that he can shoot at a high rate and he's under control. He's been shooting around 48% this season, which completely separates him from LeBron and Carmelo in that category (both are shooting around 41%.) Seeing a PG come into this league and being able to play at such a high level is amazing, and like I've said before this guy will be a star soon.
