    *Sigh*

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Despite the hope that he would return soon after the All-Star Break, Marc Jackson?s return has been delayed two-to-four weeks after his latest MRI exam.

Jackson visited Dr. Phillip Kwong, an orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon of the Kerlin-Jobe Clinic in Los Angeles. Kwong saw in the MRI results evidence of continued healing of the stress reaction in Jackson?s left foot. He surmises that Jackson?s healing time is extended due to the biomechanics and structural anatomy of his foot.

Jackson has been sidelined since fracturing his left ring finger on Dec. 2, 2003 against Toronto. The injury required surgery.</div>
