I think Romeo C is a good idea. Trestman would be alright. I say Miami takes a stab @ Urban Meyer (current head coach @ the U of Utah) who is a protege of Lou Holtz among others. UM is quite Strict and places a premium on accountability, special teams, creativity, & straight talk. FWIW, Utah runs a spread offense which w/ tweaks could be run in the NFL a la Denny Green.
