If you look at Gonzaga's schedule there recored is 23-2. There only two loses were against the undefeated Stanford, and St. Joseph's, and they were both on the road. Gonzaga is currently in fourth place, and there last two games should be sure wins. The NCAA tournament has always brought out the best in Gonzaga even when they were the under dogs, so this year when they are at the top of the field I think they have a good chance of going all the way. What are your opinoins of Gonzaga, and who do you think will be Gonzaga's biggest challange?
Gonzaga has a good team however I do not think they have that great of a team to make a title run. I mean they really have not beaten anyone that is good except for Maryland(#25 at time) and Missouri(#4 at time). Besides that they have had as easy of a schedule as Saint Joseph's. They always do well in the NCAA Tournament though. That being said I still do not think they will make it past the Sweet 16.
i agree. gonzaga is a good team, but i have yet to see them really open up. i look at them like i looked at cincy earlier this year. concy was undefeated, but against who? the tournament is going to feature much harder teams than they have already played, and i agree that i dont think they would make it past the sweet 16.
no, gonzaga does not have the best ncaa team. they have a solid team, and they've had a solid team for quite some time now. saying that they're the best is stupid. you sorta have to at least be ranked #1 at one point or another to be considered the best.
I agree with the original poster. I see Gonzaga doing very well in the NCAA tournament. Not that they can't be upset, but I have them pegged for the Final Four in my mind right now unless they run into Michigan State, Duke, Connecticut or Pittsburgh.

I'm probably the biggest Gonzaga fan on this board but I don't think they are the best team in the nation. Top 5, yes they are, and I think they could make the Final Four. But there are other teams worthy of being called best team in college basketball.
