Page 2 ....... ............owned!! Hey, I don't want to see much of Diop either, I just think Silas will play him tonite, and if he does, he'd better do something!! 6 boards and 3 blocks, I'll be more than satisfied!

Is he back from injury?
Diop was never put on the injured list, but I never heard word he was ready to return!!! Boumtje Boumjte must really suck!
If Cleveland starts out hot, you better believe that Houston will quickly go into a zone. The second that happens, if the team out on the floor struggles, I hope Silas wastes no time in throwing Kapono into the mix. And if Silas experiments and Juanny is hitting, keep him out there too. With Houston's size, when they have Ming and Cato out there, zoning is easy with 2 huge trees able to bother penetration and lay ups. In fact, I wouldn't be shocked if Houston zones as much as New Jersey did earlier this year.
And I hope Booz can hit those 19ft's to draw out Cato to clear the lane a little! He is a good shot blocker. As for Z, I dont him like James to settle for range jumpers. Sure they can hit them, but its not their strength! Good points West Remy. The zone should well and truly be thrown at us alot tonight! No 3 point attempts Eric. Post up boy!
^ That's a nice tactic, it could work for a while, but then they had to change it and run another tactic. It would be to easy to understand for the Rockets, and then Silas should have another tactic in case they understands it too fast.
Silas's game time adjustment have been in general, non-existent. Lets hope when Van Gundy changes things up, Silas has the ability to do likewise!
God no, please don't wish that Boozer shoots 19 foot jumpers. We need him in the paint fighting for rebounds. Boozer's range goes out to about 15 and those are only consistent when he is facing up. I'm not sure what all this talk about Diop being a big factor is all about. To my knowledge, he's not even expected to play, let alone get big minutes. If he is healthy, I don't seem him playing any more than a handful of minutes since Battie has been playing well. I'm confident that this is the night the Cavs get over the 3 wins in a row hump and put together a sizeable win streak.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting KarmaCav:</div><div class="quote_post">I must have missed something! Is he back from injury?</div> Oh yeah, I forgot! D'OH!!!!
Lets just say Redscoon, I'd prefer Boozer shooting from that range than Battie, Z and Williams. Z is our best offensive rebounder, so its not the worst thing!
It would be nice to see a solid 4 quarters unlike the last two games. With this one nationally televised they'll likely come out with the needed intensity and hopefully won't be suffering from a hangover after that great win Monday night.
Nice preview however just to tell you our sixth man is Maurice Taylor. Piatkowski hardly ever plays anymore because of his lack of defensive effort and presence. I think this game could go either way however I like the Rockets in this one. Yao Ming really needs to show up and play like he did against the Hawks. I expect them to go at Big Z and try to get him in foul trouble early. The Rockets need to feed Yao every time down the court. Francis needs a good game tonight defensively against the rookie phenom. My take is the Rockets by 8. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">And I hope Booz can hit those 19ft's to draw out Cato to clear the lane a little! One thing that should be to the Cavs advantage is that the Rockets had to play a big game with the Spurs last night and fatigue coul dset in during the 2nd half. If the Cavs can go down to Houston tonight and get a W than I might have to become a playoff believer. The Z-Yao matchup should be fun to watch. Diop is healthy and supposedly ready to play. He actually was never put on the IL. I just hope Bill Walton isn't doing the game on ESPN tonight.
I don't know about you guys, but I am very excited for this one tonight. The Rockets can spread the floor with their 3 point shooting and they have Yao in the middle, it's a tough task indeed. We should have beat them the first game this season but like many other games, the pressure for James to play the point and score was just too much for him.

Also we have got to do something about this habit of coming out flat after halftime.
Great preview buddy. It won't be easy game. Z must stop Yao. Ming show with Hawks that he can score. I think that Rockets will win it easily. Houston by 15.... But GO CAVS !!
Hi guys, nice preview by Mr.Infante. I hope you guys don't mind a Rockets fan chipping in on this thread, but I must say, you guys have a good chance beating us tonight. As many said already, we're all tired from playing 4 games in the last 5 days includinng a triple OT game. Now I must disagree with Mustafa's statement about how Z is better than Yao. I think Yao has gotten way better since cavs play the Rockets but nevertheless, it will be an entertaining game to watch tonight. Anyways, I'm having mixed feelings about this game. Personally I don't know who'll win but since I'm a biased Rockets fan, I have to say Rockets. Realistically, it'll be a close game within 3 points by either team, maybe even OT. Good luck to both teams.
