If LA plays the way they did tonight (especially on D) against the Kings tommorrow...they are screwed.
Damn. Cant believe we even got back in the game. Our defense was nowhere to be found tonight. Nuggets were shooting over 60%, but they just fell apart in the last few minutes. I got kinda nervous there at the end. Luke had the ball and starting going to the hole with a bunch of people standing right there and he looked like he was gonna force it. I was just shaking my head at that point but then he dished it to a wide open rush. 3 pointer. The rest is history. What a great finish. Cant wait for tommorrow

Everything from you is negative, enjoy the Lakers win, and move on. We take it one game at a time. Yes, the Lakers made some mistakes, especially on defense, but hell who cares? They won the damn game and that's all that matters.
What do you want me to say? "OMG LAKERS WIN I CAN'T BELIEVE IT THAT WAS AMAZING KAREEM I WANT TO HAVE YOUR BABIES!!!"...? I'm happy with the win; doesn't mean I should overlook what went wrong up to then.
Man, the refs screwed us tonight. Andre CLEARLY hit the rim when Melo got the rebound. Oh well, can't do anything about it now, but it still makes me pissed off.

What a win. And Kareem Rush is definitely the man of the hour. But we can't forget Luke Walton. He was the one that made that key steal from Andre Miller and completed the layup to make the score at the time 111-109 for a chance to still win the game. Then as the shot clock ran down on Denver's possession, Luke Walton received the ball from Gary, and penetrated, and heaved the ball to Rush for the game winning three point shot. So it's not only Rush, it was Walton too. I want to give props to Kobe Bryant. Again, he was his dominant self. 35 points on 14/26 shooting. Could he have been stopped during this game? No. Shaquille O'Neal....16 pts. I felt the Lakers ignored him for a huge portion of the game, but expect Shaq to have a monster game tonight against the Kings, and lastly I want to point out Byron Russell's stats. 10 pts off the bench. 2/4 from deep. Very impressive. Looks like he's finally finding his range. Now the big matchup is here. Sacramento/LA Lakers. Hopefully the Lakers can come home with a ton of confidence on their shoulders, and I hope they destroy that team.
