The general manager we have needs to take notes from me," O'Neal told the Times. "It's a fact. Because if I was general manager, with a team like this, there'd be no problems. No problems with the Diesel, no problems with the coach, no problems with the Kobester, no problems with the owner.</div>

i agree with shaq although he talks too much trash(hehe).

I think Shaq needs to find a better, and more respectful way to say what he wants. Even if a lot of what he does say is true.

Kupchak isn't a great GM but Shaq's demanding another extension on the assumption that 3 years from now, he'll still dominate. It won't happen with how quickly he's regressed within the past year and a half.

Yep, ANiMuS summed this up for me. I agree Kuchpak isn't a great GM, and it's obvious Shaq is only letting this out because he's upset with his contract extension talks. He will get it eventually, but we'll first have to see where this team stands in a few years.

Shaq has a point with this as usual but as said before he should get a better way to say it. A player that has a career like his should be more professional than that.
