    I guess I really don't know enough about the guy to comment. All I know is that we desperately needed a PG. The guy averages under 2 assists this season...not good.

    Yeah we need one badly. But my god I was shaking my head when I read that on the warriors website. If this season couldn't get any worse with more injuries.

    yea, I was hoping for someone a little more "known". I'm anxious to see this guy play now.

    I wanted that small, but fast guard from BYU that Denver signed but later waived.

    I was hoping we'd sign someone like Tim Hardaway.. he made some great contributions to the Pacers in the postseason last year. However, I doubt that he'd wanna play for a team as bad as the Warriors this late in his career- If I was him, I'd go for the ring.

    Warriors signed Larue? Look for a playoff run to start immeadiatley....

    Nah, never heard of him myself either. I guess he'll start, but look for Avery Johnson to see a good quality of minutes as well.

    Rusty Larue is a one-dimensional shooter...He's like a really really really really poor version of Kirk Henrich, or very similar to Chris Heren....He's the type of guy u can picture playing for Utah....but still, he's not very good IMO, but I'm glad he's in the league...I remember watching a NBDL game where they were saying he was trying to get back into leauge because he was a few games short of qualifying for the NBA pension.....

    He played for the Bulls a while back and as mentioned earlier, had a stint in the NBDL...

    EDIT: LMAO, I just looked him up to see what kind of numbers he put up for Chicago and it turns out he DID play for Utah...LOL....maybe subconsciously, that's where I got that from...

    ^lol, I didn't click on the link...To be honest, I think it was the whole "light-skin unspectacular point guard" sterotype...I could see Kirk Henrich as a Jazz too lol

    I dont care what he averages for assists if this guy does not turn the ball over and can play SOME defense. That is all I care about. Sounds like his 3pt shot is solid. Maybe he can turn out to be like a Brian Cardinal.

    I think they should try playing dunleavy at the point. On offense he could play small forward and offense play point. The line up would be Pietrus and J-rich at guard, with Dunleavy, Dampier and Robinson or Cardinal at the forward and center spots.

    I think Pietrus is a good enough defender that he can guard some bigger point guards.

    11/26/03 Coach Huggins reported that Steve Logan is in Israel preparing to play professionally there. He was listed with Elitzur Ashkelon of Israel's premier league. However, in some further investigation I discovered he was released by that team on Nov 23rd, after signing with them just two days previously. He may be trying to hook on with another Israeli team.
