I'm not very familiar with that. Can a playoff team call strickland or the Magic and ask for him? I guess they will cancel their contract and let him sign with the team..I tought the deadline was it.

oh I get it then , thanks but that means that for example Nets want Rod they call the Magic I guess right? then they drop his contract and they sign him.
