Rod Strickland to Playoff team?

    I heard that the magic have released Rod Strickland "so he can join a contending team." I can't imagine any "contenders" needing a player like Rod, but i think there are some weak playoff teams, especially in the East, that could use him. Any thoughts?

    Right now the Nets need a back-up PG because Jason Kidd is still injured.Rod is good player,so the Nets would probably sign him.

    The Pacers could probably use another pg too. Tinsley and Anthony Johnson really are not that great.

    He signed with the Raptors thats a major plus for them he brings energy off the bench and a lot of teams could use a 6th man like him.The only problem is he is old.

    Yeah, he's definitely gonna help the Raps. VC is already back, just wait till j. Rose gets healthy. A nice pickup cuz they've been slippin as of late...
