saw this coming when he was released, he was at the wizards game on monday, and when brevin knight was released i knew it was only a matter of time, i think with him in the 2nd unit with blake and juanny, I think he could be another Etan Thomas, we can let Etan go this off season
Lonny Baxter will be an effective backup to players like Brendan Haywood and Etan Thomas. He's a solid rebounder who works hard and sorta like a Marcus Fizer, strong but undersized.
Lonny Baxter will work wonders on defense off the bench for the wizards. Lonny can rebound, and has shown signs of his offensive presence. He will be a good back up for the wizards, raptors should've never let him go.
Lonny needs to be re-signed as well. If he plays well with the Wizards for the remainder of the season, it'd still be hard to re-sign him. Living the aftermath of MJ's management.

Lonny Baxter is a very nice addition to this team. Not too sure why the Raps decided to release him, seemed like he was playing decent ball. This will give them a inside presence on the offensive and defensive side rebounding wise. This guy can be a monster on the boards, and I expect him to make an impact quickly. And yes, the Terps back together again.
