Gilbert Arenas has been great lately and this is what the wizards need to get into the playoff race and Kwame Brown improving his game with a double double.
I don't see the Wiz getting in the race, but Gilbert was on fire again , I would have just liked him not to do it against he Raptors . Arenas was doing whatever he wanted out their and just tore up the Raptors. Kevin Oneil was a little suspect in his substitution patterns when he took VC out for an extended period in the 4th quarter. Kwame had a decent game, but the best big man was Ethan Thomas who demolished the Raptors on the glass and in the paint. The Wiz won the rebound battle 61-38, went to the line 21 more times than the Raptors, and made 18 more free throws. They also held the Rapors to 33% shooting. This wasn't even that good a game played by the Wizards in some respect, 19 turnovers were commited, and the Raptors scored on a lot of those.
Word, Arenas lights it up again. It's finally good to see him healthy and playing at his full strengh. Not only is he scoring like crazy, but the Wizarda have actually been winning lately, and playing teams tough. Another great effort by Gilbert, and I expect him to keep this up. He is really a SG in a PG's body, but he gets the job done.

Kwame didnt play much in the first and third, they played Laettner's old washed up self, a lot of the reserves played in the first and third actually which i did not like...Arenas threw up some ugly shots...but threw up some good ones...he had a lot of un-called for turnovers...Etan got all easy baskets...and Dixon dint play much...that is a plus.
lol I know, the Wiz lead the league in that department (turnovers that is), but 19 turnovers [only 2 more than the average ] by the Wiz to 6 by the Raptors is appauling, but what do you expect when your team is so young. The Washington Turnovers, catchy.
