I think TimberWolves should do sign him for the assissts that he is dominating. I would say a year or two contract.
But their's already Cassell with Hudson as the backup, I don't think its really neccesary, but it wouldn't be bad to have him.
^We need insurance. Hudson has gotten injured a couple times this season, and Cassell could break down any second now for playing to much, so I say sign him just in case.

But it would be pretty good to have him around the team. In case of any event that might need him.
I agree they should sign him for insurance. If Hudson or Cassell gets injured in the playoff, the Wolves would not have a back-up pg.Rod is a good veteran pg.It would be a good idea of signing him just in case anything bad happen. It's better safe than sorry.Plus Rod wants to sign with a playoff team.So we have the most chance of signing him.
I agree , I myself saw a lot of his games . He can control the offensive end , he is a great leader on the court and not to mention he is 7th All-Time Assists leader. Just think of this , you are in the Quater Finals only 4 teams left in the Western Conference , Lakers , Kings , Mavs and Wolves , first game against the Mavs or Kings or Lakers and Troy Hudson or Sam Cassel suffer an injury , not their fault but they have to be out for how long? just that could mean a championship , when you have a guy like Rod Strickland that can pass the ball and guys like KG and Spree who can score , I think the Wolves lose nothing by signing him for at least this season.
He's probably going to Toronto, it was reported on The Score (Canadian sports channel) that he could suit up as early as Sunday for the Raptors.

it would have been nice to get him back because it would just be another shot that the wolves could use. He was familiar with Flip's playing style and he is such a veteran that we could use him along with latrell and sam. sad to see him go to toronto IMO
But what confuses me is why he would sign with the Raps when Rod said he wanted to sign with a playoff team. The Raps probably won't be in the playoffs. So why would he sign with them.Is it because he can get more playing time there when Jalen and Alvin are injured. So that he can have a starting role as the PG or as the back-up pg?

I think they will probably be the 8th team in Eastern Conference
