I'd have Kidd running the point, T-Mac as the shooting guard, Peja Stojakovic as the small forward, Garnett as the power foward, and Duncan as the center. Damn that team would be unstopable.

    Mine would be

PG-Jason Kidd-A triple double machine. One of the best pure pg in the history of the NBA.He is unselfish and will pass the ball to the guy who needs it.He is a exellent passer and has great court vision. He is also a great defender.

SG-Kobe Bryant-In my opinion,he is a better player than T-mac but they are both great players. He is a great defender and is a very clutch player. He is capable of making shots for himself. One of the best all around player for his position.

SF-Andrei Kirilenko-He is one of the most complete player in the league next to KG.He is tall, has long arms to block a shot and quick enough to guard other SF's.Capable of stealing the ball and has a good defense.

PF-Kevin Garnett-He is playing like a MVP and probably will be.He is the most complete player in the league.Has size, athletecism and is quick.A awesome rebounder and has great range for his size.

C-Tim Duncan-Another MVP player. He is capable of leading his team to victories. He is a great post defender has great range. He has great fundamentals except for free throws.

Why have dampier when you can have shaq?
Why have jackson when you can have Jkidd?
Why says Tim is the MVP when Kevin Garnett will win it this year?

My Starting lineup would have to be Iverson at point for the speed aspect. Tracy Mcgrady at the 2 because he is better than Kobe. Vince at the 3 do i even need a reason why? Kevin at forward cause he is better than duncan and because he is from my hometown, and Yao at Center because he is the only person in the league who can stop Shaq.

    PG - Jason Kidd
    SG - Kobe Bryant
    SF - Paja Stojakovic
    PF - Tim Duncan
    C - Shaquille O'Neal

I'd love to say K.G. at SF but I think that lineup is full of guys at their natural spots.. well except for T.D. who sould be center I guess. But in his case he's been playing PF his whole career so that works on that part too.

Your problem with that line up is you have too many people who need the ball. AI, Vince, TMAC, and KG all need the ball. There is no way your team would ever play well together. Too many people who think they are the man.

It wouldnt be the best, but I think AI and Carter would be willing to share the ball, they would most likely dish it out to KG most of the times. But T-Mac on the other hand would most likely shoot everytime he touches it.

PG-Allen Iverson...do you know iverson is the shortest player to win the Season MVP award
SG-Tracy McGrady...I would have done Kobe but his trails might have came in the way of our games
SF-Vince Carter...I dont care wat u guys say-kevin garnett and tim duncan are not small forwards
PF-Tim Duncan is the best power forward in the game
    C-Shaq...no comment

pg-Jason Kidd: Everyone else our scorers. so we need a passer on the team.
sg-Tracy Mcgrady: Him or Kobe would have been obvious choices.
sf-Vince Carter: he is an excellent player this season. he is one of the biggest 1 on 1 threats, and can create shots for other teammates.
pf-Kevin Garnett: do i need to explain?
c-Shaq: no other center good as him

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting I3:</div><div class="quote_post">PERFECT. Thats basically my starting 5. I'd put AI over Kidd, because AI can be just as good of a PG as Kidd...Well not really as good as Kidd PG wise, but he's basically the best passing SG in the league right now, if he had better players around him he'd probably be averaging 10 assists, and on top of that he's a MUCH MUCH better scorer that JKidd.

I couldnt put anyone over Kobe. Maybe Tmac, but he more of a one on one player. So I put Kobe by default. And on top of that Kobe play's DEFENSE.

Carter over McGrady/Pierce. Simple VC loves to pass the ball and he can create for himself and others, plus he play's much more calm and stabled than Tmac and Pierce. TMAC and Pierce often play like there only 1 sec left on the clock.

KG over Duncan. I personally think KG is a better player than Duncan. KG is a better all around player than TD. TD is more dominant in the paint, but KG is more athletic and he can hit the perimeter shot. He simply got a better all around game that TD.

    Shaq...Who else....Bradely?</div>
    i would have

    PG: Jason Kidd
    SG: TMAC
    SF: Carmelo Anthony
    PF: KG
    C: Shaq
notice that melo is up there as the only rookie

    mine would be

PG J-Kidd, his offensive awareness is by far the best in the league... he can set up anything
SG T-Mac... number 1 scoring option, his D aint as good as Kobes.. but KG, Matrix and TD take caree of that
SF Shawn Marion. not as good as shooter as peja, but alot better on the boards. his offensive reboudning ability is great.
PF Kevin Garnett... he is just awesome on either end of the court.
C Tim Duncan... along with KG no team could stop them in the paint.

    This is simple....

    Point Guard: Jason Kidd
    Shooting Guard: LeBron James
    Small Forward: Kevin Garnett
    Power Forward: Tim Duncan
    Center: Ben Wallace

your main 3 scorers are kg, td, lbj
you have 2 incredible passers in lebron and jkidd
all are outstanding defenders(lebron is almost and he's gonna keep getting better)
jkidd and bwall don't have the need to score so its spread out between 3 players instead of 5 players all wanting the ball

yes, I left out Kobe and Tmac at the sg position but LeBrons passing ability is needed to make this team work

PG: Sam Cassell- Can generate offense for others in the halfcourt set. And stilll knock down the perimeter jumper on a consistent basis out of low post double teams. And he can create his own shot in the half court.

SG-Peja- Yeah, I know he is a small foward but on my team with all the people that can create shots for others like Sam on the perimeter,KG & duncan in the post I need some one who plays well with out the ball & can free himself up coming off of screens. Peja, Ray Allen, Rip are probably the 3 best shooter who play well without the ball in their hands. But Ray Allen shot selection isnt always to my liking since his Bucks days. And Rip Hamilton's range isnt even close to Peja shooting range. I already have one master at the mid range shot(Sam Cassell) so I need someone that will stretch a teams defense outside the 3pt line.

C- Tim Duncan-He gives me a few more things than Shaq does#1 He gives me more range on his scoring ablity. Duncan can step out & hit the 15-16 footer with easy. #2 He wont be a defensive liablity. With Peja at the 2, shooting guards are going to be aggressive penetrating toward the basket, well Ducan is an excellent help defender as far as being moible on the weakside. And he is better at defending the pick & roll than Shaq.

F-KG- Most verstile player in the NBA. He can pretty do a little bit of everything. And he is the perfect fit to play alongside Duncan. You remeber during the late 90'-early 2000's when Duncan?Robinson was nice at the same time how interchangeble they were. It was like win one guy was cooking in the low post, the other guy would go to the high post knocking down elbow jumpers just killing front lines. Well that exactly what a this front line can do. Which ever guy is cooking in the low post the other guy can step out to the high post. And still be able to be affective without getting the ball in the low block.

SF-K-mart, once again the interchange of my fron line is crazy. K-mart can guard PF,SF & Smaller centers. And he is more psyhical than Duncan & KG. I need a bruiser in my frontline. And with Duncan, KG causing so much attention, K-mart is able to work the oofensive boards effectively & get alot of clean up points. That is something K-mart does very effectively. K-mart finds different ways to score even when set plays arent called for him. Also K-mart has guarded biggger 2 guards like Mcgrady before. So he can give Peja some relief during the coarse of a game as well.

    C - Yao Ming

Honestly, there are so many good players, so I just dunno

Edit: Can't believe I forgot Kevin Garnett... he can be my power forward.

    My lineup

PG-Jason Kidd, makes everyone around him better.
SG-Tmac, I'm a Magic fan and kinda biased, so this is an easy choice for me. TMAC ISN'T SELFISH. PLEASE STOP SAYING THAT GUYS. HE WOULDN'T SHOOT THE BALL EVERYTIME HE TOUCHED IT. If your saying Tmac is selfish for getting 6 assists a game, what about Kobe? He could be the league leader in assists with his team. Just give the ball to Shaq.
SF-Andrei Kirilenko-He can do everything, great defense, he can score at times.
    PF-KG, MVP
    C-Duncan, Mr. Fundamental is good.
