The Nuggets almost made a comeback agains the Pacers, they brought the score to about 3 in the middle of the 4th, but the Pacers pulled away for a 103-94 victory.

The Nuggets had a slow start and it plagued them all game. Indiana had a 53 - 41 lead at half time and really never looked back from there. The Nuggets beat the Pacers 53 - 50 in the second half, but that wasn't enough to negate their poor start and the dropped their 3rd straight game.

Carmelo scored 29 points on 13-26 shooting (3-4 FT), and pulled down 8 rebounds, but his great performance was outshined by Jermaine O'neal who scored 31 points on 12-24 shooting (7-10 FT), pulled down 10 boards, and rejected 2 shots. O'neal also attempted 3 three's in this game, but didn't succesfully make any.

Denver was outrebounded 37 - 35, and the Pacers had 30 assists to Denvers 17. Andre Miller wasn't too impressive dishing out 3 assists but also commiting 3 turnovers. He scored 12 points on 6-13 shooting.

Marcus Camby had 8 points and 10 boards, and Voshon Lenard has 12 points. Boykins also chipped in with 10 points on 3-4 shooting, 5 assists and 4 boards.

Anthony Johnson was spectacular for Indiana scoring 21 points on 8-9 shooting (2-2 3pt) and also grabbing 4 boards and dishing out 7 assists to only 1 turnover. Jeff Foster also got a double double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.

Every loss is bad, but the Pacers are a very good team, so it isn't as dissapointing. The Nuggets play Washington, New Jersey, Milwaukee, Utah and Boston next, they can at least go 3-2 in those game and really need to get it back together.
