Kobe Bryant realizes this is his first chance at becoming a free agent, so he's going to look around at other teams and find out how important he is to other franchises. Plus he'll still be playing in LA, so there wouldnt be no family issue, and possibly wanting to move or anything like that. He would also have Elton Brand which would be a big help. Do you think Carmelo and Lebron will ever meet in the NBA Finals? And become some what of a Bird and Magic type rivalry?

The man has 3 rings already; I don't think sticking with the Lakers is the way to go for him (at least while Shaq is there). He'll want to prove to all the naysayers that he can be the main goto guy on his team. The Clippers would be a good fit for him.
This is a tough one, I say FACT/FICTION. This one is too hard to decide. IMO he should be, but the L usually always picks a big guy to be defensive player of the year... FACT/FICTION : Danny Ainge's rebuilding dream will be a success.
Fiction: I think he will be out of Boston before it is a success Fact or Fiction: We will have a Co-Rookie of the year this year?
Fact. It's so close. There's not a clear winner. fact or fiction: Lebron will win a championship by the end of his career.
Fact. He's a special player, not only because of his skills but also he has the rare ability to make teamates better. I think lots of people will want to play with him and he'll have not one but two or three rings. But now, Fact or Fiction: Will it be with the Cavs?
Fiction, Cavaliers have a lot of talent and could definately become one of the best teams in the NBA, but i think that LBJ will be enticed by a larger market like NYC or LA. Fact or Fiction : Kevin Garnett Will Get a Ring and With the Timberwolves.
Fact. When healthy Shaq still dominates players and games with ease, but he is no longer invincible. Fact or Fiction: The Indiana Pacers have a legitimate shot at winning the title this year.

Indiana's front court is capable of containing any of the big centers in the west (I'm not quite sure about Shaq though). Plus they have the best coach in the league. Fact or Fiction: Zach Randolph will win Most Improved Player of the year.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting RipHamFan:</div><div class="quote_post">Fact or Fiction: Zach Randolph will win Most Improved Player of the year.</div> Not so fast - Maybe Fiction. Carlos Boozer has a good shot at it. Fact or Fiction: Sheed stays in Detroit after the end of this season?
Ugh, that's impossible to answer. It depends entirely on two things A. How the Pistons perform in the playoffs 'cause if Joe D. thinks they have a chance to win it all with Rasheed, he will definitely be back. B. Can Darko contribute to the team off the bench next year? If Joe thinks he can, then the need for Wallace is drastically reduced. However I'm going to say Fact- Even if 'Sheed isn't going to turn Detroit into NBA champions in 2004-05, he will be a valuable, tradable asset come the deadline because he will have a very reasonable contract. This also means that there would be no need to for Darko to contribute until next February, which is probably a good thing.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Yugoslavia:</div><div class="quote_post">Fact or Fiction: Ron Artest is the defensive player of the year.</div> Fact. He shuts guys down when he defends them, he's the best one-on-one defender in the league. Plus, all those awesome steals. Fact or fiction: Grant Hill will never make a real comeback.
Fiction. His carrer is over, he's getting a old. Maybe if he was playing last season and this season, he would probably have a chance. But the way he's going right now, I dount he'll even be close to the player he once was. If he tries real HARD he can possibly one of those top mediocre players. Will Kobe have sucess if he leaves the Lakers? Fact or Fiction?

Fact or Fiction?</div> Fact, maybe not at first, but I see him taking a team at least to the Playoffs. Fact or Fiction. Does Shaq really knock down free-throws when we 'need them most'? (I say fiction.)
Fiction. He misses free-throws completely arbitrarily. F/F: Baron Davis will ever attempt more free-throws than 3-pointers in his career from now on.
