Basketball is a coach's game and after coming out of a timeout, something positive should happen. The player can stick to the plan as well as he can but if the other team does something to alter that plan, yes then its up the player. But don't you think during practice they can work on their strategy to get the offense more fluid and less stiff. There's too much confusion like Musselman didn't drill his team on how to get organized with the ball movement.
