Can the Pacers slow down the streaking Cavaliers on their home court? Our big three has been playing great ball as of late, and we'll have had three days rest. Will Artest try to get in LeBron's face again? I think we've developed a bit of an attitude since our last meeting. I look forward to a good game.

I think Indiana can definately beat the Cavs. They just have the right pieces this year to be regarded as the best team in the East. They also have one man that can't be matched up on in JO, and I am confident with Artests ability to slow down James.

This will be a big test but the Pacers will come out on top

Im not going to get to far ahead here..Im thinking we have the talent and chemistry to take down the cavs..But cavs look like their getting their own little fire power going..I am weary of boozer because he is a beast that doesn't stop working..But J.O is MVP worthy..So i think we can come out on top..Lebron may make artest WORK...And Jamaal will have to use strength and just staright up bully mcginnis..Because as we know jamaal isn't the fastest poitn guard nor is he an athletic one..But he does have strength advantage over mcginnis he will have to utilize that against him..It will be a good game and a test for the pacers defense..You have a great passing team..And a great defensive team going at it..It will prove to be a great game!

The Pacers are still the best team in the Eastern Conference. The Cavs are on a nice little streak right now. The question should be: Can the Cavs beat the Pacers.

I believe the Pacers are 3-0 against the Cavs this year already and are also riding a 6 game win streak right now.

Artest has had James one on one in each of the 3 games (without McInnis either) and James is doing something like 23, 7 and 6 against him.

    James also abused Bowen too.

You can't stop James, you just have to try and contain him or let the rest of the team try and beat you.

This subject heading is a little screwed, "think you can beat Cavs" sounds weird saying this to the eastern conference leader.

Shame there aren't that many Pacer fans on JBB, their team deserves an active fanbase.

Artest had 21 points in their first match up, I'm not sure about the other two. He may not be able to shut Lebron out but he can force the rookie to take bad shots all night.

Will the Cavs have an answer for Jermaine? I would like to see Boozer and Jermaine go at it.

    Agreed with allnet about everything.

Though the last 25 some odd games the Cavs, Pacers, and Nets have had the best records in the east, but the Pacers are the best without question.

I don't know man, all 3 games have been down the wire. The Cavs have really came together since these last two met. Would be a very interesting game. I am very disapointed that it isn't televised here in Cleveland.

    24 points, 6.3 rebounds, 5 assists

That is what James has done with Ron Ron in his grill for those first 3 games.

Scary thing is, James has got a lot better since then.

Regardless of how well Lebron James did against the Pacers they still have lost the past three games to them. Ron Artest ain't gonna stop Lebron, he'll try to slow him down.

It's a good matchup because the Cavs played them very close before, and have a much better team now.

So what took place before can well, go out the window.

This is a huge game that should have been on tv.

I was just trying to ruffle some feathers with that title. I know this is a bigger challenge for the Cavs than it is for the Pacers. But I still think we can beat anybody the way we're playing right now.

I didn't realize that more cavs fans would see this and post than Pacer fans, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Hopefully things change for the better.

Wow what a "cocky" title thread no doubt I knew would be posted by a Cleveland fan. Its funny because there would probably be no one in the Cleveland site had LeBron not showed up. But I think Ilgauskas deserves the credit, trust me without him, Cleveland shoudlnt even think of coming close to the playoffs. Indiana will own Cleveland

We in Cleveland call it faith. Confidence if you will.

What's also funny is that there wouldn't be this much action in the Pacers forum if it wasn't for us Cleveland fans. Sad but true. Don't worry, after this win I'll leave you alone 'till we meet in the playoffs. That is, if you make it out the first round.

Lighten up, can't we have a little friendly ribbing between two forums?

Im replying to "The juice man" above...Don't you think your getting ahead of yourself?....Cavs haven't made the play-offs in how many years?...Just because you put a little streak together..Doesn't mean you going to the play-offs?..I honestly don't think you will reach the post-season..For the mere fact..That teams will be playing tough to get that 8th and final spot..You what 6th now?...That isn't guarenteed..Anything can happen...Don't get so cocky because your going to look pretty silly if your team fluffs these games and you don't make the play-offs...Just wait and see...You got us next so once the game is played then you can talk..But untill then..Be quiet!

Its okay to have optimism about your team, especially when they are on such a hot winning streak. If anything this game means nothing to the Pacers but everything to the Cavs. The Cavs could quite possibly meet the Pacers in the playoffs.

IMO the Pacers have to show who is boss and take this game but the Cavs will put up a good fight. I'm not taking anything away from the Cavs because they are playing to win, not playing not to lose

^Ya don't think Cavs reach the playoffs?
Well, lets see who's right of you and Juice, Norway, KJ and Infante then!
