<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Roy Williams' first trip to the Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament was a short one.

Williams, brought back to his alma mater this season to lead North Carolina back to respectability, came up short Friday when Georgia Tech beat the Tar Heels 83-82 in the quarterfinals of the ACC Tournament behind Jarrett Jack's 15-footer with 1.4 seconds to play.

The 14th-ranked Yellow Jackets (23-8) blew an 11-point lead over the final 8:15 before Jack's game-winning basket.

After a pair of timeouts, Jack inbounded the ball to Marvin Lewis and then scrambled for position on the court. He ended up all alone at the top of the key, where Lewis found him with a crisp pass that Jack fired through the net for the game-winner. </div>

    Recap

Anyone manage to catch this game? was a great game to watch, Felton started to take over late in that game with a couple of big threes. Huge shot by Jack to win it, very entertaining game to watch.

I thought GT had blown that game when they gave up a 11 point lead in those last 10 minutes but they stayed strong and Jack hit the pressure shot, surprised how he escaped the defender to get the open look though.

    another heart-breaker loss for unc...

would've loved to see another duke/unc game in the tournament
i think that unc would have beaten them this time

Bunch of garbage. Should have won that game, Sean May hits his free throws, and they play some defense on that last play, UNC would have been moving on.
