What a game! The Sixers beat the New York Knicks in double overtime 99-94, on NBA TV! Kenny Thomas really stepped up in this one with a double double scoring 25 points and 16 rebounds, although fouling out in the second OT. Seems like Thomas always steps up big in Iverson's absence. Iverson is expected to return Sunday at Detroit on ABC.

This game = the old Sixers. These were the Sixers I knew and loved. EVERYONE steped up. This is the type of work that us the fans like to see: Never giving up. Nice job last night... inparticularly by Kenny Thomas... 2 huge baskets.

Yeah... let's please keep Iverson out longer. The Sixers are doing too well without him. [IMG]

How in GOD name did we win that game. Down 14 in the 4th quater came back with Korver 3 pointer and Kenny Thomas first 3 pointer in 2 years! That game was nuts! Then Thomas tipped the ball in on Eric snow air ball in the first OT and later on won the game in the second OT. Kenny Thomas has been playing like a All Star in the past 10 games, he just tied Charles Barkley for the Sixers most consecutive double doubles with 10. After that performace Kenny should officialy be the second go to guy on the Sixers besides AI. Now the final spot is right there within our grasp. Lets just hope we can win more games and hope that Miami, NY and Cleveland start losing some games. But boy was that a bizzare night.

Thomas with his first 3-Pointer in 3 years, with 0.4 seconds left on the clock.
    The Kings scored 81 points.
    Ironcially the Hawks scored 138.

I've been loving Kenny's game since his Rockets days and when he became a Sixer,I was so happy and now he proves that he can be the go-to guy when needed.Sixers have had 2 amazing games this season, one was vs. Mavs and now against the Knicks.KT has been just amazing and have you noticed that any game Aaron scores 20 or more we usually win [IMG]

Yeah, Aaron Mckie does always step up big when there is no Allen Iverson. The Sixers have a chance to make it, but if they do there's no way we're going to go far. But, yeah it would be nice to see them make it though.

Maybe the person who ever was doing those threads. I think it was Sasha. Most likely lost intrest in doing so, knowing the Sixers are going to lose everyime, and its a good thing Sasha didnt because it would be a waste of time. But it would be good to see them again.

BTW does anyone know Allen Iverson current status, and will he be on the floor when they play the Pistons tomorrow afternoon?

Yeah, you didn't include the AT in there, when I said they're playing AT Motown against Detroit. Thanks for clearing it up Magic.

Everyone had to see this game. Even the non Sixers fans. Was a true thriller and the best team came out with a "W". Great win Sixers, and I give the 3 stars to Kenny Thomas, Eric Snow, and Aaron McKie. True team effort.

That dumb ass Chris Ford had AI sit down for today's game. And the thing is that Iverson was ready and wanted play. But Ford had him change back to his street clothes. Iverson was already set to play, he had his headband, shorts and everything on. But no. Ford made him sit down, and look what happen.....We lost by 16. But at least we know, that he will be ready for the next game. AI said it himself.

Yeah, he played yesterday at practice. Dissapointment that he did not play today. Also quoted by Chris Ford yesterday was that he didn't think Allen was ready for today's game. I think the game could have gone either way if Iverson played. I bet anyone Iverson WAS 100% because Allen never wants to play when not feeling 100%. Remember the injury back in January? He didn't want to play until he was 100%.

I don't think AI is ever 100% while playing.
