The Timberwolves have 15 games left and of those 15 games 2 are against San Antonio, 2 against Denver, 2 against Memphis, and also the Lakers and the Kings.

Do you guys think we will overpass the Kings for the 1st spot? Or continue our mediocre stretch?

I would love for them to have it happen but, until Flip choses the resticted roster for the playoffs and they get some more on court consistency it ain't happening. They play like they can I think it can happen because they have an easier schedule then the Kings do.

I don't expect them to pass the Kings, and if they continue, the 3 spot is waiting.

At the rate the team is going right now, we will get 3rd seed, but I think we will pull out the Midwest Division. In my mind there is no way we are going to pass the Kings.

There is no way they can pass the Kings, but I think they can still hold that 2nd spot.

Right now, the wolves are focused on winning the Midwest. I think dreams of a winning the west are just about dead. I remember before the Up& down streak started Mchale said that you had to get 60 wins to win the west. Well its pretty obvious that wont be happening for the wolves. Now they have to game plan to hold off the Spurs who have stayed in the race for the midwest competion even with Duncan being injured the last 2 weeks.

The Wolves need to realistic finish the month .500(for the month) & win both games vs the Spurs. If the Wolves finish the month of March with the Midwest lead, then the Spurs wont catch them. The month of April heading into the playoffs are a games that the wolves should win with the exception of the kings.

I don't think we pass the Kings, but thats not needed, what is needed is to win the Midwest like Henacy said.

This is the Kings' year, so no, the T-Wolves won't pass the Kings, but nobody will pass them as well. What they have to do is to avoid a Midwest team in the first round of the playoffs.

considering unless they play the Lakers they will be playing a Midwest team. I don't think Portland will sneak into the playoffs this year.

Portland seems strong, too strong in the paint. They grabbed about twice as many rebounds as the Wolves and have three pretty awesome big men (unlike the Wolves, who have in my eyes just 1). Grabbing 1st seed seems risky now. Personally I think the Blazers will make the playoffs. The Nuggets seem to have fallen back, as of late.
