Yeah I saw that on espn the other day. I was inshocked, what if he didn't do that. Talk about money hungry, but if he did. It would be so dissapointing and his azz does deserve to go to jail.
It's pretty bad both ways. It's sick if he did it, and it's sick and the daughters should be ashamed of themselves if he didn't. What does he do if he isn't guilty? It's just a sad situation.
Even if he's proven not guilty, it will change his life forever. They can settle outside the court but that wouldn't look too good.
For anyone who's been a long time Rockets fan, this just sucks. Calvin is really popular here in Houston, and he has done lots of good things for the community. His color commentary for the Rockets is quite entertaining (once you get used to his offbeat style). Right now, the investigation has brought up a rather troubling detail about Calvin -- he's had 14 children with 9 women. This, of course, indicates a severe lack of responsibility on his part and likely a weakness for women. Whether he'd sink to the level of sexually assaulting his own children is something I hope is not true. It would be a huge blow to any Houston sports fan. Whether he's found innocent or guilty of the charges, his image will likely be irrepairably tarnished and I doubt he'll ever return to the broadcasting booth with Bill Worrel for Rockets games. Quite sad.

ok, so was it his daughters who said he molested them or was it word of mouth from someone else? im confused...
Basically here is my opinion of this case: The daughters are in this for money, pure and simple so they are bring out these "molestation/rape charges" against their father. Why wait until now to bring up the charges is a mystery to me. From what I can tell he is innocent however that is just my opinion. I have not heard all the evidence brought forth in this case so until then he is innocent in my minds. If you are Calvin Murphy fan you are in good hands. His attorney is Rusty Hardin who is probably the best defense attorney in the Houston. If anyone can get Calvin off if he is actually guilty, it is him. My mom knows Rusty as well as some people over at his firm. She said she will contact some of her friends over there and find out the inside scoop next week. When I find out, I will post it.
I agree that they are in this for the money. Do you guys know if they have any evidence yet... but hey this guy has so many wives... maybe he was in love with women of all ages... and was so desperate that he used his daughters.
yeah this is crazy...i couldnt believe it when i first heard it because Calvin is so good around kids and has a truly affectionate heart for the youth...so I dont believe it to be true at all...he has a solid reputation of being a character guy who is a standout in his community and I truly hope he did not do this, and believe him to be innocent...
This whole situation is *bleeped* up .Im used to seeing him on NBA action in another addition of secret NBA and when it goes through his life and his present job of commentating he seems like a pretty straight guy and i dont believe any of these alligations.What kind of daughters would do this to their daddy ,this is sickining and i am totally disgusted.If i met these daughters id let let them have it the bitches,they deserve to be spanked for the rest of their life.A good whiping at that.What kind of human beings would make allegations like this against their daddy. Horrible either way, like other people said his life will be changed forever. Guilty or not, he will be hearing this from some ignorant people for the rest of his life: "Hey, aren't you they guy who molested his daughters?" It's a shame, really.
