The Knicks game against the Nets was supposed to be telivised on ESPN, but they changed the game to the Cavs and Bucks game. What's up with that?

    Nets/Knicks in progress

I figured it was just hear in NYC because both Yes Network & MSG were covering the game. And when that happens they dont usally show the nationally televized game here in NYC. Iam watching the game right now & will try to provide Quarter updates.

    The Nets lead 12-7
    7:29 left in the 1st

    End of 1st

    Knicks 22
    Nets 28

    Leading scorer Lucious Harris 13pts

RJ had two sick dunks already. One where he banged it on Kurt Thomas. Check for it on Sports center after the game.

    Halftime

    Knicks 43
    Nets 55

    Leading scorer Lucious Harris(Nets) 15pts
    Rodney Rodgers(Nets) 13pts

    Steph Marbury(Knicks) 9pts
    Penny Hardaway(knicks) 8pts

Nets: Jason Collins leads both teams in assist(6ast) & Rebounds(6rebs).

The Nets are getting alot of easy layups off of back door cuts. They are shooting close to 60% from the field. The Knicks are taking alot of stand still flat jumpers. The Nets are doing a good job clogging the lane to prevent penetration by Steph. Marbury has got in the lane a few times for layups.but He isnt able to set others up off his penetration. So the Nets can live with Steph scoring 20, if he isnt setting others up as well. He doent have an assist in the 1st half.

    End of the 3rd

    Knicks 70
    Nets 87

    Leading scorer: Lucious Harris 22pts

It seems as if a different Nets player is stepping up per quarter to carry them. In the 1st it was Lucious, in the 2nd it was Rodney, & in the 3rd it was RJ.
