Does this mean they get whole new jerseys with a new name like the toronto dragons? I know it sounds corny its just an example, or does this mean their just getting a new person inside the costume?

Guys I think thats the same "spoof" site that lied about Tracy McGrady's goal of sleeping with 20,000 women in his lifetime. I don't think this information is true, considering its not from a Toronto source, also if you read the article you'd know that the tone is all a joke.

I'm hoping the people taking this seriously didn't actually read the article. If you didn't read it though I suggest you do. There's some pretty funny stuff in there. Seeing how the Raptors are in need of size, they say he's going to be replaced by the "Velocille O'Neal, a 7'1" carnivore, and Yaosaurus, a 7'6" longneck from the Cretaceous period". haha

Nah, I think they will makin the Raptor suit longer and get some big guy to were it. That's what their saying. They didn't fire the Raptor itself, that would be stupid.
