if i'm not mistaken...didn't we trade Monty Williams to the Magic for their 1st pick in the second round of this years draft?

    anyone?

just to add to that last post, i think we have golden state's second rounder from the jiri welsh trade. magic 31st gs 41 (overall)

    anyone know?

Didn't we trade Welsch for GS's first rounder? [IMG]

You have traded for a Magic 2nd round pick. The Magic currently have a couple(I'm pretty sure we have 3 now), so we will likely give you a later 2nd, not the 1st overall pick in the 2nd round. I forgot what team it was, but we owe another 2nd to someone else too. (I think it might be the Hawks). I hope that clears it up a little bit.

From this NBA Draft related website (I'm not gonna post the link.. spam, lol):

Philadelphia receives Golden State's 2004 second round pick (Welsch 062602)
Philadelphia receives Orlando's 2004 second round pick (Monty Williams 122303)
