here are the top ten plays for vince throughout the years other than this years and if u guys know any good sitesfor videos post here: college 1999 2000 2001 2002 2003 Windmills Mix...Most of the video is Vince windmills P.S- This IMO proves vince is the best dunker in the L today and perhaps greatest of all time.
these two websites are the best for Vince videos : www.vicnecarteronline.net & www.vince.e-basket.pl won't find anything better than that thats for sure
Thanks for the links people, those are some great videos. It kinda gets me sad though comparing the old Vince to the post-injury Vince we see now. But man were those some great memories... *tear*

But man were those some great memories... *tear*</div> watch this vid from the first post --> Windmills Mix...Most of the video is Vince windmills most of the vince dunks are from THIS YEAR. everyone says that vince has lost so much...hes putting up 22, 5, and 5 this year, and dunking like that. if the raptors were winning, everyone would be saying VINCE IS BACK! he has lost a step yes, but not that much of a step. hes not going to play any summer leagues, or in the world championships, so he's got the whole summer to rest up. he only missed 9 games this season. with bosh developing, and hopefully some decent off-season moves, everyone will think the vince of old is back. my biased prediction lol
^ I still think VC's a great player, but I was just referring to his dunking ability. Watching those videos posted by McGrady^1 one by one starting from college down to 2003 season, you can see a definite decline in his explosiveness and leaping ability. He can still throw it down but man, back then he was just from another world. I especially miss how his first step used to be so explosive. With all the injuries, you just don't see that anymore from him.
Great Videos... I really have to say ive never seen anyone dunk like vince has. IMO He is the greatest dunker of all time. He has lost a bit of his explosiveness but look, he had the best dunk of the season at the all star break so that says something. Thanks Alot for the videos.
i moved to canada 2 years ago... i didnt watch many raps game last season.. but after seeing those viedos all i can say is ... WOW... speachless ... there is the reason why he is the leading vote getter in prevous 4 all star games....
one of the dunks from 2002 or 2001 was crazy....a 360 one hand on the break vs chicago.... that was one of my fav. but when i first watch all of those ..i did realize the dunks by vince down the years haven't been as good as the ones in the early years but imo vince right now is still the best dunker
Well u know what, this year i find he has alot of highlight reel stuff too, its not like he's gone. He has the spin move in final seconds of Atlanta, he has many last second 3 point shots that went in, and a few nice dunks this year. And really, even though injuries play a role, he is also getting older, you cant compare him to his rookie days when he was lanky. He doesnt even want to dunk anymore really, his personality has changed and he rather be a more complete player. There are a variety of factors that come into play when lookin at the old Vince compared to current day. Plus defenders are more tight on him, and would rather smack him than jus try to block his shot. So much differences, so i wouldnt really blame it on his injuries.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting McGrady^1:</div><div class="quote_post">vince's best paly of the year is the dunk over karl malone......gasp ..duck karl </div> exactly. i dont know how anyone can say vince has lost his leaping ability when looking at that dunk. or remember last year when he almost jumped over duncan and dunked right on his grill? fortunately for him, he had insane hops, so if hes lost a bit of it, its all good, cuz hes still got mad hops

I'm fully aware that age, defensive strategies, and injuries caused the transformation of his game but I wasn't questioning his transformation in the first place. Just because he doesn't dunk as good as he used to doesn't mean I think he's anyless of an overrall player.
Vince will be back...but not as people excpect him or hope him to be. He will be more of a complete player. His dunking, explosiveness, leaping abilities, and his first step will never be as they used to....but his passing, his shot, and his overall intelligence of the game like being a team leader (and his defence hopefully) will improve, thus making him a complete player.
that 360 against chicago was from THIS year i htink...he did it in the preseason... he had some nice throwdowns this year (windmill against Cavs, OVER karl etc) but no, hell never get back to the dunking styles he had back in the 99-00 season which i believe is his most explosive one ever (almost as explosive as his rookie year) what he had before wont come back but ill still take a healthy vince over most of the slam dunk crown heirs....except maybe jason richardson
no not the 360 one in the preseason ....but there was a crazy one in fast break ...against chicago....its crazy one handed..
