The ESPN mock has the Cavaliers taking Devin Harris at #9 out of Wisconsin. Anybody have any indormation on him? I know he carried his team to the Big Ten title and has a decent shot. He has not yet declared yet for the draft.
I'll be starting a huge thread about the draft as soon as the reg. season is over, just letting everyone know. So don't get too carried away people.

He has good range, which will translate well into the NBA. He wont be a Steve Kerr sharpshooter, but he will be a threat. He has good courtvision and is a good passer as well. Has hops- He can get up. Check the Illinois/Wisconsin Big 10 title game for details. Has good speed and quickness as well. He should translate into a good PG.
Deng,Livingston and Josh Smith are not going to draft this year. I have a very close friend who goes to Oak Hill and since it is a small school he knows Josh pretty well and he told me that Josh said he wouldnt be going pro. Livingston will not go either because of his performance in the McDonalds game and so he will teamup with Luol Deng and make a sick run at the Final Four next year

I would rather have the Cavs take Hakim Warrick. The kid is so athletic and can jump out of the gym he would play great along side with LeBron Boozer McInnis and Z
Hakim Warrick is the next Darius Miles, and I don't want him ever, we don't need another slasher, we need a combo guard, and I have two words for that BEN GORDON!!!
I think Ben Gordon would suit the Cavs well, and he should be around the range the Cavs will be picking in.
I know everyone on here hates Darius but wouldn't the Darius we are seeing here in Portland look pretty damn good at SF for this team? Warrick might not be a terrible pick.
Warrick is Miles when he first came into the league but is a lot older, I don't want him, Like I said before, we already have too many slashers, we need a shooter who can handle the ball.
Well regarding Harris, hes thinking about coming back to Wisconsin for his senior year. He said he will stay but he will leave if hes going to be a lottery pick. He also stated that he wont want to miss his senior year if hes going to be picked low in the draft. I think, honestly, he will be coming back. Just my opinion though. Ben Gordan or Warrick both sound like good picks though. Maybe even Josh Childress or Luke Jackson would be good picks. Childress was a first team All-American and Jackson was 2nd team im pretty sure. Both would help the Cavs out I think.

If Harris comes back, Wisconsin will be even tougher. Add in Butch, who at 7'0" can hit the outside shot, and Stiesma(a post playing center, at 6'11" who also has a full ride) Wisconsin will have size to go with their gritty guard play.
