Okay guys to put an end to this, Jermaine O' Neal is not going to win, because he does not desrve MVP, KG is going to win becuase he deserves the award.

This is a good argument for Conferencial MVP's though.

No, its not. Because we've established that there is more than one player in the West who deserves it more than JO. So you're punishing them for playing in the same conference as the real MVP. If you break down into conferences, you might as well break into divisions as well, which gives you six MVP's starting next year. The system they have right now is fine. One league, one MVP. That's the problem with baseball, with two MVP's. Oftentimes one league has two guys more deserving than the other league, like last year with Bonds and Pujols.

Averaging 20-10 by itself shouldn't be grounds for MVP consideration. Elton Brand did that as a rookie and didn't even get ROY by himself, he had to share it. Guys like KG have much better numbers than that, besides playing in the WC, which I think is only a secondary factor after numbers.

    ya funny

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting dj_premium_plus:</div><div class="quote_post">yup...if he doesnt win it, i really think its an injustice. with only 4 pacer games left, against toronto, jersey, philly and chicago, they'll likely win at LEAST 3, and finnish with the best record in the L.

although KG has had a phenomenal season...the pacers have a better record, and dont have even close to the surrounding cast KG has in mini. i mean they start jeff foster, and lets face it, hes pretty much a 2nd string player, whos been doing an ok job starting

jermaine has led his team...a weaker team then they had last year, to the best record in the nba.</div>

ya know what, if JO is consider the MVP, then at least 10+ ppl in da L can win da MVP . How about KG????YA really make me laugh , ya can funny!!!
