No Second Stringers: We still want to win, O'Neill says

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> It would be time to rest the veterans and give the kids a chance to play, a time to evaluate the guys at the end of the bench to see what, if anything, they might contribute.

But unless coach Kevin O'Neill is ready to let Roger Mason Jr. go one-on-five against the Detroit Pistons, Chicago Bulls and Milwaukee Bucks, it's going to be pretty much the same old, same old as the Raptors play out the string.

The simple fact is Toronto has no young guys to take a look at and there is scant chance O'Neill will reverse course and give Lamond Murray extended playing time so guys like Chris Bosh, Jalen Rose, Vince Carter and Donyell Marshall will continue to log heavy minutes.

"I think we have to keep being professional and try to win games," the coach said.</div>
