They lost to the Spurs and Denver wins...God Damn those Denver Nugges, and the ref who call the shooting foul on Earl Boykin on the ground. They have to finish the season on a good note which is to beat the LA LAKERS. Then they can start making changes, draft and trade for some good shotters in case Derek has many off-night. But i still grad that Utah didnt make it, too, if not they can have a chance next year to brake our longest playoffs record.
What the hell was up with Miles? Last time I checked he was 0-6 from the Field and had 0 points and 1 rebound.. That was with 1:54 left in the 4th Quarter...
i try to watch the game but serisouly there is a reason why they are the number one defensive teams, they have good defenders, and if somebody brokes the first line of defense there is always the little timmy there to block your shot. Also when your team is shoting 20% you will lose all of your confindence that is why sometimes D-Miles have good shotting night and sometimes he doesnt, confindence is a big key

Well I hope they beat the lakers also. D.A. It'll be ok man you and the Blazers hopely will be able to compete next year. I mean no one on that team is getting any younger.
DMiles had a really bad game and didnt get much minutes, DA i dont know about i just saw the box score.. Miles too a 72 foot 3pointer because time was running out so that explains one of the 0-6 the rest bad shooting night.
I had a feeling that the Jazz streak would end this year, but not necessarily the Blazers. But both surprised me in the end how hard they fought to preserve history. The Blazers' streak has been on since Jim Paxson was their star player, while Clyde was still a college junior. And the Jazz streak extends to before the days of Stockton and Malone, so that timespan is equally amazing.
it is gonna be so werid in the playoffs time, it is who should i cheer for...hmm not the nuggets, not the lakers, not those east teams. Luckly there is Houstion which is better, but i rather want the Blazers instead of the Nugs and the Grizs. Can the blazers trade Damon, Ruben, Q-Woods, and Cash(Paul Allen is Money) to the Nuggets for the eight spot?
yeah the blazers had a bad start of the season and thats what killed them, if they play like they played at the end of the season they will be right in the running next year.
I cant wait for next year. THey are gonna be so sweet. THeo... i am glad they traded for him, but they have to resign D-Miles.

Blazers: building the new streak
Stoudamire and DA(when healthy) despite latent inconsistency, both have proven to be clutch players capable of making big shots. Randolph is young, will continue to improve and is already as good as anyone around on offense. Ratliff and Davis are tough on defense and rebounding especially against the East but less so out west, Shaq , Yao, Duncan , Garnett, Webber and the likes potentially dominant particularly since Randoplh is not a good defender. SAR is good but a total misfit because of his overlap with Randoplh's job. Ruben Patterson is an underrated player bringing loads of energy , comparable to Ron Artest on defence. The BLazers can definitely be a top 5 team is they find a way to make the chemistry work. Everybody needs to be have a more definite role, work as a team, but I believe to be the most effective the Blazers need a true scorer and better, a pure shooter. Kobe, McGrady or ideally Ray Allen would turn the team around. Guys who will raise Stoudamire's assists, liberate Randolph down low while being reliable outside threats who can take the jump shot or penetrate, guys who will provide more perimeter game. I suggest trades involving SAR , Miles and Anderson. Stoudamire/Ratliff/Davis are solid veterans with a couple of good years left. Randolph/OUtlaw/Woods will keep improving. The Blazers need a player like the three mentionned aboved who are enjoying their best years. The Blazers need an accredited full-time star ( not just a plethora of "very good player" ) to take them into the next level
.
