Greatest. post. ever. I'm sorry, I thought I was at the LA Lakers section of the JBB boards. I didn't know this was the "worship Kobe and measure our fanatacism for him" forum. I'm a Lakers fan. I could care less about Kobe. I appreciate what he has done for the club but if he is willing to "allegedly" sabotage our chances at winning then I don't want him here. If he wants to win and helps us win than I like him; if he doesn't help us than I could go without him. Its the same way with Karl. I had hated him for YEARS because he had been an obstacle toward the Lakers' championships. Now that he is helping the Lakers to win, I appreciate and respect him. Remember people, Kobe =/= Lakers. He is only one of the 12 players on the team playing this year and one of the hundreds of players who have played in the Lakers' illustrious history. It all comes down to this: What have you done for my team lately?

People complain when he shoots, when he passes, leave the guy alone. Sports analysts are making the Kobe Bryant not shooting against the Kings such a big thing...It sounds like a soap opera, more than basketball discussion. Kobe Bryant is the best 2 guard right now. When the playoffs come, you will see a very different Laker team...The team we all imagined when Payton and Malone signed with us during the summer...The team that won 11 game straight...ALl of them playing synchronized ball, with smiles on their faces...That's how its gonna be fellas...Can't wait till we wipe out the nasty Spurs!!! Kobe Bryant is simply the best.

The fact he thinks Kobe Bryant is the best player in the NBA is the worse part. If we got rid of all the Kobe groupies and the ones who only care about Kobe bryant's personal success we would maybe have a total of 4 or 5 Laker fans left on this board. My post clearly stated that the LAKERS are going to be play great ball when it comes to playoffs, as you can see I said "Lakers" meaning the team, not just Kobe. I'm talking about success in the playoffs in terms of the whole team.
