Make a choice. You can write a reason behind your choice if you'd like. MVP : Kenny Thomas Most Improved : Samuel Dalembert Sixth Man : John Salmons Defensive Player : Samuel Dalembert Biggest Suprise : Willie Green Biggest Heart : Coach Ford Biggest Disappointment : Allen Iverson
MVP: Allen Iverson (for all his indiscretions, he still is the heart and soul of that team) MIP: Sam Dalembert 6th Man: John Salmons Defensive Player: Eric Snow Biggest Surprise: Sam Dalembert Biggest Heart: AI Biggest Disappointment: DC

Also, I don't understand why you are all saying Chris Ford was the biggest disappointment. Are you just judging on the whole Iverson thing? He was a good coach. We had a decent record with him and did very well at home. Ayers' Record : 21-31 Ford's Record : 11-18
MVP : Kenny Thomas Leader : Eric Snow Most Improved : Samuel Dalembert Sixth Man : Aaron McKie Defensive Player : Samuel Dalembert Biggest Suprise : Willie Green Biggest Heart : Willie Green Biggest Disappointment : Derrick Coleman Don't worry. We'll be back next season.
Why are you all putting Kenny as MVP. Just because the guy came out strong near the end of the season doesn't make him the teams MVP. He needs to play the whole season as he did the past couple of games, then maybe he could get the award. Anyways here are mine: MVP : Allen Iverson Most Improved : Samuel Dalembert Sixth Man : Kyle Korver Defensive Player : Eric Snow Biggest Surprise: Samuel Dalambert Biggest Heart : Allen Iverson Biggest Disappointment : Glenn Robinson/Derrick Coleman Half of you don't even know what you are talking about, putting Samuel Dalambert as MVP, Allen Iverson as the biggest dissapointment, Coach Ford as the biggest heart and such. Why is it whenever a team doesn't do well, the star player gets bashed, even though his performance was solid? Allen dropped his scoring average tremendously in order to play a more team-oriented game. Thanks Dez for actually being intact with this thing.
Yeah I agree with you,but Kyle Korver as 6th man...no.He is a good shooter but he isnt are 6th man I like how he hustles and gives 100% though.
Sitting out for no reason at all and bashing teammates isn't an MVP performance if you ask me. I don't just look at the game, I look at the person too.

Allen Iverson hasnt even played enough games to be even mentioned in the rankings such as Points, Steals etc..He played just a little over half of the games. His Points went down. His FG% went down. His FT% went down. Why? Injuries. You can't have an injured player be the MVP of the team. On the other hand Kenny Thomas came up BIG in the end when we need him. And it just wasnt the end of the season but he was doing his thing ALL SEASON long. He just steped it up one level in the last couple of months. This season was actually his best season(individually). When it was time to make the Playoff's and we needed someone to step up. It was him. Even though we didnt make the Playoff's. What can you expect its not like he's a All-Star or something. He tried his best, and did a good job. This is the same guy that tied the Sixers franchise record for most consecutives double-double's. Kenny Thomas did his part.
Heres mine: MVP - Allen Iverson Most Improved - Samuel Dalembert Sixth Man - Kyle Korver Defensive Player - Aaron Mckie Biggest Surprise - Samuel Dalembert Biggest Heart - Kenny Thomas Although AI was out for most of tha season, all tha games he played he tried as hard as he can. You cant always make tha shots. He has some good games and some bad games, everyone does.
MVP : Kenny Thomas Most Improved : Samuel Dalembert Sixth Man : Aaron Mckie Defensive Player : Samuel Dalembert Biggest Suprise : Kyle Korver Biggest Heart : Allen Iverson Biggest Disappointment : Allen Iverson
MVP : Kenny Thomas Most Improved : Samuel Dalembert Sixth Man : Willie Green Defensive Player : Samuel Dalembert Biggest Suprise : Zendon Hamilton Biggest Heart : Samuel Dalembert Biggest Disappointment : Allen Iverson
It's hillarious that some people list Allen as having the biggest heart, and then put him down as the biggest disspointment as well. If the guy had the biggest heart, then he would play better, right? Sorry, if it's way over your head.
ok.. anyone who chose Allen Iverson as the MVP and the player with the Biggest Heart haven't been paying attention to the season at all. Allen Iverson played in only 48 games and sat out the end of the season when the team needed him the most. Even if he has no control over his injuries, anyone that sits out close to half the season does not deserve an MVP on the team. Second of all, he missed practices for no reason, refused to PLAY BEACAUSE HE WAS NOT STARTING, and just made life difficult for interim coach chris ford. Gimme a break, how can you name him the MVP when people are questioning whether the sixers would be better off without AI. anyway here are my choices MVP - Kenny Thomas Most Improved - Samuel Dalembert Sixth man - Willie Green Defensive Player - Eric Snow Biggest Surprise - Willie Green Biggest Heart - Zendon Hamilton (yea, he's not the best player on the team but he hussles on every play, goes after every rebound, and can finish strong on the basket. Not bad for someone who wasn't drafted.) Biggest Dissapointment - Allen Iverson / Glenn Robinson
Here are my choices: MVP : Allen Iverson <--- This team would be nothing without him, that is, if they are something now. Leader : Eric Snow Most Improved : Samuel Dalembert Sixth Man : Kyle Korver Defensive Player : Samuel Dalembert Biggest Suprise : Willie Green Biggest Heart : Willie Green Biggest Disappointment : Glenn Robinson <--- I forgot he was even on this team.
mvp:kenny thomas(we relied on him after ai got injuried),sammy d(he got double doubles almost every game the last 20 games 6th man:john salmons(he's really the only one that came off the bench and had a better than decent year for a 6th man) most heart: it seems like everybody forgot about zendon hamilton,he hussles every second hes on the court and i hope the sixers keep him next year biggest suprise: the rookies, who knew both the sixers SECOND ROUND draft picks are both gonna be their future defensive player: eric snow biggest dissapointment: glenn robinson, he didnt play with any heart and just isnt the player he used to be and i hope the sixers dont protect him in the expansion draft
