last summer the raps signed mengke bateer, jerome moiso, milt palacio, and rick brunson. bateer and brunson are not only no longer raptors but they are not even in the nba anymore. moiso is buried on the bench and palacio has only played when the raps were desperate for some quickness. hopefully the raps will smarten up this summer and sign a DECENT player instead of several crappy bench warmers. what do u all think?
From a message board, a guy talking about meeting Lammond. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">This guy is pretty cool, I got the chance to speak with him in Las Vegas this weekend. He wants to be in tdot and his family is out there and they like it as well. He told me KO just did not like him or moiso and that was it(no explanations). He also said he and moiso used to torch the others in practice to show they can play but it didnt matter. I'm glad KO is gone maybe we can get this guy back into the flow of things. I also saw Jalen out there too. It was pretty cool to meet those guys in a fun setting. My 2 cents</div> Moiso wasn't really a bad signing especially since he was only 900 000, he wasn't give a consistent chance to play though. Milt, Bateer and Brunson were just bad.
do u think this guy is accurate about what lammond told him? i kinda get the impression that he is lying bcuz i doubt lammond would just say KO doesnt like him to a person he doesnt even know.
^^ why not? he said it to the media, its not as if he's exactly "buddy buddy" with them either. i believe that he said it, and that he honestly feels that way...but it prolly wasnt just that, lammond made countless mistakes on the floor, and his offense just wasnt there. if lammond isnt hitting baskets or playing well on the offensive end of the floor, he shouldnt be out there since he's a liability defensivly our worst signing ever was hakeem.
YO, agree. Mengke was just simply bad as well Brunson. Moiso and Milt can be helpful sometimes but were just not given a position a place in kos plan
Milt is a third string player if that. I'm sorry but the guy may be fast getting to the net, but if you can't make a layup, then what's the use? He played so much because our bench was that bad! Do you know how many posts I've seen about "a friend of mine was talking to..." and yes it might be true, but I rarely put any credibility into those type of posts. It's just hear say. Also, when lammond did play, his defense is absolutely terrible! Seriously. He even said to the media that defense isn't his style of play. Come on, who says to the media that they don't play defense?
The worst signing of all time was HAKEEM OLAJUWAN PERIOD. There was SOOOOO much hype around Toronto that time, it was negative effect. Believe me, I coulda sworn I was like the ONLY one who said it was a bad choice. That dude was like 40 yrs old about to retire in about 2 yrs? What was the freakin result? Why do Raps always get played like this when it comes to gettin conned and all that... that just screwed up everything.

KO and lammond werent ":budy buddy" as u said but i still kinda doubt lammond would say such a thing to a stranger....i dunno y lol.
naw man...you misunderstood...i wasnt saying lammond and KO were "buddy buddy" im sayin, he hardly had a "buddy buddy" relationship with the media...so telling them that he and KO dont get along, is practically the same as telling some stranger. he doesnt know any of those guys from atom...and if he's willing to say that to the media, whats the big deal about saying it to some random dude?
