Accusers sex history not allowed in the trial

Agreed. I do feel he's innocent of these rape allegations, but when you're going to go out of your way and cheat on your beautiful wife, (by the way which I'd never do to someone as gorgeous as that) then there's consequences for those actions.

well, cheating on your wife doesn't merit the punishment of 4 - 20 years in prison. Now obviously, if he raped her, then that's a different story...

btw, I thought they said her past medical history was barred...

Vanessa is fine as hell, but come on. If anyone of us was that popular and all that women were coming your way, it's impossible not to. Regular people cheat, and professional athletes get a whole bunch of women coming their way. Me and my dad were saying as soon as they got married that it was a bad idea and they both probaly cheated on each other as fine as she is. Anybody who could resist all those temptations would have to be a reincarnation of Christ.

Anyways, I believe he's innocent like everybody else and hope he doesn't get convicted.

 

Rape and adultery are two totally different things. Let's not confuse the two. Each carries it's own consequences. Kobe does not deserve prison because he cheated on his wife. If that were the case half the athletes would be in jail. A 4 million dollar ring, now that's a different story....

Half! I would say all. Heck AC Green probaly cheated on his celibatecy. That would be a trip though if he did. Anyways, what female comes up to a stars room and just wants to talk to him. That alone to me says that she's full ish.

 

Kobe has to be innocentl. That girl wont even show her face also she said she will do anything to be famous. If they show her medical history kobe would have no problem winning.

Says who? They still gotta deal with the fact that the trial is in Colorado and the jury knows the girl's family. And we ourselves don't know what she has on her medical records and we don't know her sex history.

 

We do know that's she suicidal and what happened to that thing about finding couple other males sperm in her under gorments?
