<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Rudeezy:</div><div class="quote_post">That is what we are all hoping for Mr.</div> Hopefully Once Mullin has his fingers fully into all the aspects of the Warrior operations...The Warriors will see not only better talent, better attitude, and maybe be more agressive That's what the Franchise Needs: A GOOD KICK IN THE U KNOW WHAT
What they need is some direction and consistency. Hopefully Mullin will be able to fill both of these needs.

Well Mullin did put together a good bench this year which has paid off for the younger players. He said at the beginning of the year that anyone who thought the warriors team wasn't a good team was going to be treated as a direct insult to him. And I was one of those doubters since I felt that the lack of scoring punch would cause the warriors to do worse than last season. It turns out that if the warriors could have stayed healthy, they would have improved on their record enough to make 7th, 8th seed in the playoffs IMO.

Although the Warriors are out of the playoffs there is an intriguing match-up going on with some former Warriors. Specifically the TWolves vs. Kings series, where former teammates Latrell "The Predator" Sprewell is playing against Chris "Timeout" Webber. Are any Warrior fans still cheering for either of these players, or some of the other ex-Warriors still in the playoffs?
Nah, the only former warriors I"ll probably root for is Jiri Welsch and Chris Mills because Jiri's shot looked super sweet and I like Mills because he was representin' Oakland like a gangsta.
I rooted for Boykins, Welsch, and Jamison in the playoffs this year. I couldn't care less about Webber, Sprewell, Mills, Joe Smith, Danny Fortson, Jim Jackson, Clarence Weatherspoon, Damon Jones, or Daniel Santiago. Did I leave anyone out?
Webber and Sprewell bring back too many bad memories. The warriors could have had a super team with Spree as SG, Hardaway at PG, Mullin at SF, Webber at PF all at once, but Webber was acting up. Then Spree chokes coach Carlisimo, causing the Warriors ownership to panic and waive him.
Sprewell was amazing in last night's game. Brought back memories of when he used to play with the same energy with the Warriors. I'm impressed with his long range shooting off the dribble, back in his rookie year he relied more on his ability to blow past a defender, and now his shot sets up his drives for him. I know he's unpopular to a lot of Warrior fans because of the problems he brought to the organization. But he's still one of my favorite Warriors. I just love the relentless energy he brings to the court.
he's still considered a leader and one that tries to put the past behind him. It's like how Chris Webber tries to forget his past. But wolverine fans will always remember how he was dumb enough to call a timeout when his team had possession and there were no timeouts left. The technical foul resulted in a national title win for North Carolina.
