Where were you when LeBron got drafted?

A friend of mine (newCavsowner) and myself went to Gundarena to see LeBron get drafted. I swear it looked like a hip-hop convension. Anyways, it took us forever to get threw inside with the line they had that it made us late. We missed LeBron getting picked. I was outraged, all the way over there and we witness the Darko Milicic draft. At least my friend and I was the 1st one to sport the LeBron jersey on our block. What where you doing?

 

I was down the Jersey shore. Every week of the draft, we always go down the shore. I hate it but it's the way my grandparents book the place we stay at. This year we got a break and instead we're gonna try to get standby draft tickets on the day of the draft since they release fan tickets.

 

I was in the can reading a Maxim.

What kind of question is this? He hasn't done anything yet laddies.

I was at a barbeque at a friend's house and then a bunch of us ran downstairs to see the #1 pick (who we all knew was going to be LeBron) then we saw him get drafted then we turned the T.V. off and went back outside.

 

I was just at home Chillin watching the draft. Didn't miss any of it. They had nice Team Caps though.

 

i was actually filling in for my friend to coach a little league baseball team so i wasn't home to watch it.. but that's okay.. that's what TiVo is for...

Damn stupid hours difference. I was slaving away at work, but we all knew. Somehow it still was exciting though!
