If u were Wizards Gm..................

What would u be lookin to do in the offseason.E.g change jerseys sign/release players sign/release coaches what kind of shit would u do who would u get rid of and who would u look to sign or trade.

 

What do Jerseys matter? Your team is in a real slump, you really need to pick up the pace. The best thing would be to improve and complete the team. You have to be willing to wait on Kwame Brown to burst out.

Also you need to work on your best player's game, that's right Arenas, you need to get him to play more simply, smarter and most of all, more consistently. He's a lot better and a lot more useful than Stackhouse. He's supposedly a great player, I say trade him, loads of teams would be willing to cough up players for him.

Don't be hard on Juan Dixon, he's undersized, I say keep him, I feel both, he, and Blake are your sleepers and are your keys to the backcourt. Also try and get someone powerful in the draft, someone willing and able to clean up messes, meaning boards, loose balls and above all hustling. Therefore you need to get a big man, some sort of all around Center, like Arajuo.

I agree about the coaching situation. Why have Eddie Jordan when you have all these gifted coaches like George Karl, Byron Scott, Doc Rivers and more other coaches.

Miss Deng? If he declares which I'm hoping he does, he should be the guy we take if we get the 3rd pick.

Oh, of course, but just speculating that the order stays the same after the lottery, actually maybe we even get first pick, but the worst we can get is 5th.

 

First, the Wizards could fall all the way down to seventh in the draft, although that is highly unlikely. Second, i think that if the wizards don't land in teh top 3 in the lottery, the should try and trade down or trade the pick all together along with stack/laetner in order to get a guy who can play sf and is big enough to shift up to pf, such as rashard lewis. Also, the wizards shouldn't fire eddie jordan, he had nothing to work with over the season with all of the players injured all season. Also, trading away Dixon is stupid-he attracts fans since he's from maryland, along with blake, plus he averages 10 points per game not playing that many minutes. If I were the wizards, my top priority would be to lose stackhouse and laetner, draft okafor or deng if the pick is in the top 3, and resign etan thomas. Losing stack and laetnerr for players whose salaries end soon frees up a lot of cap that would allow the wizards to pursue someone good this offseason or next.

 

The Wizards have to draft Luol Deng or just trade away Stack and Hughes. Hughes should be traded because we have Juan Dixon who has steadily increased his stats this year and when he is starting wonderful things happen. Larry Hughes is a 2 gaurd same with Gilbert Arenas and Blake and Dixon are the only pure point gaurds the wizards got so the need them to develop and fast. Stack isnt what he used to be, he would be better off traded.

 

Dixon isn't a pure PG though, and Hughes is also younger than Dixon. I know Dixon can be decent but at PG he's no the solution, isn't a pure PG eitherand is too weak. Steve Blake is not starting material at the 1 guard spot so we can't use him. Also a backcourt of Dixon and Arenas is so undersized, I would definately not want that.
