in order to have a better team at the beginning of next season, it might be necessary to do some trades. which trades u would like to see happen and which trades a likely to happen in ur eyes?
Yeah true^^^^.But I think they will try and get rid of Glenn Robinson I think he would be good for somone like Dallas, who like offensive players.
We definetely need a better defensive player as that was one of our main troubles this season. Jim has said that he will enforce a more defensive way of play, even though he isn't known for it. Still, should he enforce the defense or leave it as it is, we need a big guy, and we need him bad. Why would Dallas want to pick up any more offensive minded players, they have enough as is.

But trading Glenn Robinson will not only make us search for a better defender but also look for a second scorer. I think we should try to go after someone like Eddie Jones or Desmond Mason or something. Both are good scorers and does a decent job on the defensive end when they choose to. As for the Mavericks...They learned they're lesson last night. I hope they did. I'm pretty sure they'll get rid of Anotine Walker and look for some kind of defensive player in return. Its obvious to them that offensive isnt the key to win games.
Philly should trade away ol' Derrick Coleman, he's run out of gas.. He just isnt what he used to be. Derrick would definitely have trade value for a young prospect. IF they were to trade Derrick Coleman they should get a young underrated player that hasnt played much so he is under the radar like Ndudi Ebi(T'Wolves) or Travis Outlaw(blazers). Also Glenn Robinson has been the Achilles heel for the 76ers this season they could get a proven young player for him. I dont know what the 76ers need therefore i say Drew Gooden(magic) would be a good guy to trade for, he's a tenacious rebounder and a good shotblocker.

Jones also doesn't have a contract the Heat are too happy about, so maybe a deal involving Glen Robinoson and Jones? I don't think the Heat would do it straight up because I think Jones is move valuable but I think he would be a good fit next to Iverson. Desmond Mason would actually work pretty well too, but I don't think the Bucks are looking to trade him for any time soon.. Especially if the trade might involve a guy like Robinson who they were dying to get rid of.
we shud try to get mark blount....he hussles and plays good defense...and on hoopshype.com they said billy king already said dc isnt gonna be back. it'll be hard to get rid of glenn robinson tho....i dont think anyone in the league wants him

Blount is going to try to get us. From what I've heard....Mark Blount would be willing to join the team so he can reunite with coach O'Brien.
ya thats wat i meant cuz on hooppshype.com they said blount wants to reunite with obrien and when i was watching the pacers and celtics game the commentators were saying that too
I don't really know what type of players you can get out of DC. He is pretty old and past his time. The only place I see Coleman going is retirement. Let it rest Cole time is up. Not sure if Glenn Robinson would pick up anybody worth while neither, unless a multi-player trade is going down. It is obvious that you guys need defense. With not much to offer, it is going to be very difficult go gain those players.
Yeah I think it will be hard for us to trade for any good players,I dont think the Sixers should be looking for defenive first player all the time I tihnk they need another good scorer to assist AI.

I think Glenn Robinson is actually the perfect scorer to help Allen Iverson. He's one of the best perimeter shooters and it sometimes help free up Allen Iverson. But the thing is that he's lazy. He never play's any kind of D what's so ever. He should try playing some kind of D at least or even try to hustle on some play’s, that would probably give us a better impression of him. Other than his scoring his doesn’t really provide us with anything else. Ever thought maybe that we don't need a second scorer to assist Allen Iverson. Think about it. Kenny Thomas has proven that he can be a good scorer. He can step it up his scoring just a little and he can probably give us a good 15 PPG. Samuel Dalembart can try getting a little more active in the offense. Aaron McKie is a good scorer when he's healthy. We already know about Allen Iverson. And Willie Green and Kyle Korver can give us a good 16-20 Points combined if they work at it. As for the defensive end. Eric Snow is one of the league's premiere defensive PG even though he doesn’t really get any recognition for it. Samuel Dalembart is a shot blocking and rebounding machine. Allen Iverson steals doesn’t hurt us and Mckie, Jackson and Thomas are pretty average defenders. On top of that we MIGHT get Mark Blount. All we need know is just a mediocre SF that can play D and hustle and I think we would do ok. Either way, Billy King better work some magic in the off-season. I want to be rooting for my team again when its Playoff time not supporting another team that I don’t even really like all that much.
