Weisbrod wants to ensure that Davis doesn't enter the year as a lame duck coach and wants him to have as much control as possible over his players. With that in mind, Weisbrod said that a contract extension might be in the works. "Maybe by the time the season starts, it won't be the last year of his contract," Weisbrod said. "But there will be no question of his authority whether he's in the last year of his contract or not." </div> Full Story
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOO! Sorry for overexaggerating that, but I think I speak for all Magic fans that JD has to go. He can't continue to be our head coach.
I agree. What are they thinking. Look at where this franchise is going. This is only making it worser.
After All , Doc was 1 - 10 , Quiet JD was 20-51 so what in the hell? I just hope it was because of the seaon or whatever whatever I hope we have a good season next season.
With the talent that Davis was given, he didn't really seem to know how to motivate the team. But then again, it was a really weird season. I think that this next year is going to be the true indicator of how good JD is at the head coach position.

I hope you stick around, I like what I've been reading. As much as I dislike Davis, you're 100% right, lets judge him after he coaches Orlando for an entire season. He's hand picking his assistant coaches, and hopefully he can surround himself by intelligent individuals to give us a better record than we currently have.
