<div class="quote_poster">Quoting B-22:</div><div class="quote_post">I consider the Kings lucky they doged a bullet when Sam Cassel got hot I thought that the Wolves would probaly win after all those points he scored in the second half.</div>Its called execution and the Kings did a better job of it in the 4th quarter. That is what the playoffs are all about.
I know, this should be a huge confidence booster to the Kings beating the number one seed at home is pretty good.Lets hope they keep it up.
The Kings came with a plan and it worked. KG wasn't as aggressive as he should have been. One thing that surprises me is the amount of travelling calls go against KG. Yes he does travel, but I've seen Kobe, Webber, Jordan (YES I SAID IT) get away with more. I actually think the overall officiating was......about a <u>B</u>. I saw alot of ticky - tacks against EJ, but I've also seen Webber and KG sent flying without a whistle. That, I can kind of appreciate. And the Wolves were still in it. One thought though, we have Sczerbiak, Wolves win game 1. The Wolves can feel good about the fact that Madsen really showed up. Except for "comb my hair Kandi", they did get help from others instead of just their superstars. You have to remember, these are the Kings, we need to bring our game face every game against them. And who knows, if this is a mirror of the season, Wolves'll be up 3 - 1 after 4 .

Sabretooth you really need to think before you make such statements, weren't you the one who said that game 4 showed why Melo should not of won ROY? Really do you post such comments to get people angry?
Injuries are a part of the game. Every team has had core players injured. Like the Lakers in the season. It is not a excuse for losing games. When a man goes down, the other players will have to fill that void. You can't just blame a loss because of something that nobody wanted. You just got to play the game. But one thing that has to change is Olowokandi. He has to contribute more or he will hurt the team's chance's of winning this series and maybe a championship. Another thing was turnovers. The wolves had 18. That was the double of the Kings turnovers. Even KG had 6. They are usually great at handling the ball and were great at that in the season. That has to change. KG hasn't been shooting that well in the postseason. He had a fg% of almost 50% in the season. But a bright part was Trenton. He contributed alot to the team.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Rudeezy:</div><div class="quote_post">Here's another thought, if Kings have Bobby Jackson and healthy Webber, Kings destroy Wolves.</div> Your right, the injured player card is like the "If we had" card. I retract. But Bobby Jackson and Webber heathy, I still don't think they would've "DESTROYED" the Wolves. The only team laying the smackdown is the Spurs. And <u>ALLNET</u>, I repeated something that was posted earlier regarding Melo. If you saw my earlier post, I was a big fan of him getting it over Bron-Bron (AND THIRST ).
