Congrats to KG, and I personally thought he should've won it too last year.

Last year Twolves minus KG isn't even comparable to Spurs minus TD.

Twoves had Hudson, Rasho, Joe Smith and Wally... that's pretty much it... Gary Trent sucks..

Spurs had Parker who's playing unbelievably well right now, a winning veteran in Kerr, Bowen one of the best defenders in the game, Stephen Jackson who's sorta clutch, Ginobili, and last but not least the Admiral.

Now you tell me the Twolves are comparable to Spurs without their respective MVPs. I'd like to hear it.

Yeah....well, they didn't. Garnett got 120 out of 123 votes.

Finally. Now all he needs is a ring. Although I don't mind Malone getting one.

After his showing the whole season, the awarding ceremony was just a formality. He was hands down MVP this year.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Rudeezy:</div><div class="quote_post">Thats why its the MVP not the Most fun to watch player.

If you are looking for "strong good looking players" you are watching the wrong game.</div>

That's absolutly correct. Being MVP means Most Valuble Player and Tim Duncan was last year, and Garnett this year because he was the player most people would want on their team. They won it hands down.

MVP is more than just scoring the most, and rebounding the most. All of these can be done single handedly. KG improved his team. KG makes everyone around him play better, he leads the team, he leads the crowd, and that's why he leads the league.

Garnett deserves the MVP as the voters voted this year. In my opinion DUNCAN still is the MVP! hehehehehe! [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

I don't think anyone else deserved it thsi year. He produced all year consistently. He was in the top 5 or 10 in a lot of statistical categories and he led his team to the best record in the West and 2nd best record overall. Now, lets see if he can get his team a ring. After last nights 6/21 night, looks like it might be hard.
