<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Phreeze:</div><div class="quote_post">I really wouldn't be surprised if this guy came into the league and played well off the bat. I know a lot of people doubt him but he's something different, and if he gets drafted by a team in need of a PG and gives him time, I really think he could be a surprise.</div>
He's sort of like a TJ Ford with a jumper but less passing ability. He has the potential to be good. His decision to declare might be of his family's best interests, but I believe that he could be drafted much higher had he gone to college for at least a season, like what Luol Deng did.

Nice sig Trip. But, I think this is a good decision by Telfair. He's got all the talent and all the tools to be a good NBA point guard.

Bassy will be a stellar point gaurd, but could be better if he improves his rebounding and passing. Here is what i would rate his skills at compared to NBA players:
    Shooting:8/10
    Rebounding: 6/10
    Passing:7/10
    Jumping ability:8/10
    He will win ROY.

shooting 8/10, you've got to me joking. He doesn't have a jumper. Period, its horrid.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting deception:</div><div class="quote_post">this dude has the hype machine behind him yet he fails to perform at the mcdonalds all star game being held scoreless. there is too much hype behind new york city point guards and most never meet lofty expectations.</div>

The dude dropped 11 dimes in the All-American game. How is that not performing? Sure scoring is good, but he was a team player in the game, all about passing.

When I heard about Telfair committed to Louisville, I was excited to see him and Darius battle is out in the C-USA. It would have been so great. Me being a huge fan of Louisville was jumping for joy.

Louisville is probably very pissed right now. First losing Telfair which was almost expected but we lost yet another recruit. I was Telfair would have came. He would have made that team stocked at the guard position. I respect his decision to go to the draft, but I'm just a little disapointed. Good luck to you Telfair.
