Bass has been one of the best assets of the Hornets' franchise for some time. I've been critical of a lot of his moves, but the bottom line is that he's responsible for some of the top seasons in team history, some of the top playoffs in team history, and some of the top player acquisitions in team history.

He worked with a limited budget and low picks and still kept his roster stocked.
