no not in a straight swap AI will leave philli because he wont go anywhere with them. but i cant see him going to the mavs as for nash i feel he could be in a deal with the pistons they need a guard to help out billups
I don't see AI going to Dallas,Mavs will fire their coach and try to get a defensive big man so another scorer is the last they need. #41Dirk#41-If Nash goes to Detroit,he would be a starter but who can Detroit offer for Nash,I belive Mavs would only want Rasheed or Benji from them.Billups is an perfect fir for the Pistons and they wouldn't be interested in Nash so you won't see Nash in a Pistons uniform.
Where did this topic come from???If you researched before you made this trade post then you would already know that AI will be in a Sixers uniform next year.Even if Bily Kings was still thinking about trading him,he wouldnt trade him for Steve Nash,he isnt even close to AI.
I don't even understand why there is any talk about AI getting traded anymore, it's clear as day that he isn't going anywhere.
^I have seen bigger lies come out of a GM's mouth. I personally don't think Iverson should be traded but I still think he has a chance of leaving. But in regards to this trade......BS!
No, cant be happening, nash is not as good as AI, the Mavricks could trade antoine walker for Samuel D.
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">No, cant be happening, nash is not as good as AI, the Mavricks could trade antoine walker for Samuel D.</div> ......You can't be serious...... That trade would NEVER go down. Samuel Dalembart is developing into a good basketball player. Trading him for a player that has past his prime is'nt too smart. Personally I think Sameul Dalembart isn't far from being a better player than Antoine Walker. Antoine tops the list for the most <font color="Red">O</font>verated ( With a capital O ) player IMO. His performance against the Kings say's it all.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting dachen33:</div><div class="quote_post">the Mavricks could trade antoine walker for Samuel D.</div> And you would think the Sixers would make this kind of deal? After trading Walker to Mavs,Boston's GM said that Mavs were the only team that wanted him so he's one of the hardest players to trade.Dalembert has a big potential to become one of the best players and he won't be traded.
if walker will be so hard to trade could he drop his contract asking price lower and be on his way to the bobcats if not where will he get traded
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting dachen33:</div><div class="quote_post">No, cant be happening, nash is not as good as AI, the Mavricks could trade antoine walker for Samuel D.</div> Dalembert is one of the key players to the long term future of the Sixers.. Walker is a Me-First, shoot first, pass and play defense later guy whose on the downward slope of his career. This won't happen.. Only player Philly would probably even think of trading for Walker is that overrated piece of trash Robinson.
I do think AI will be traded. I'm not sure where but I don't think he's gonna be staying in Philly. He wants to win a ring and he knows by now it won't be happening in Philly. Plus, I think that team is going in a different direction now. Their now in a rebuilding period and I think that Iverson isn't going to be the one they rebuild around again. Especially after last season when he only played in 43 games. His durability is going down and he's getting a lot of nagging injury problems. He won't be around next year. I think they shop him in the offseason. I could possibly see them utilizing him to trade up in the draft, but, that's not likely. There are a lot of possibilities due to the fact that Iverson has proven how great a player he is, but, I think, because of all the injuries he's sustained and played with in his career, could hurt his trade value, and, might also play a big part in his being traded if he is. But, personally, I don't think we'll be seeing him in a 76er's jersey next year.
