That's important, because Peja Stojakovic's game has become curiously inconsistent.

The sharp-shooting Serbian averaged a career-best 24.2 points per game this season, his sixth in the league, but he's had his share of pedestrian performances since playing in his third straight All-Star game in February.

That included a 14-point, 5-for-15 effort in Game 1 of Sacramento's Western Conference semifinal series against Minnesota.

I think he will rebound from that game against Minny and have a big game in Game 2. But I hope they still lose.

"In the playoffs you're not really thinking about missed shots or free-throw percentages," Stojakovic said. "You just keep thinking about wins and losses."

That quote says it all. Peja Stojakovic and the Kings aren't worried about individual performances at this moment. It was pretty silly of CBS to do an article on this; they must have been desperate for something to write about. If you are going to be mad at someone for inconsistancy, then why not get mad at Chris Webber?

In that article they said that Minny might move Hassell off Peja & on to Bibby. Bad move if they do that. Bibby had an excellent game 1. But Hassell needs to stay on Peja as much as possible. Put Spree on Bibby & then come with Hoiberg. Bibby wont get anymore than 15-20pts, so the Wolves can live with that.

But they need to keep Peja down, Hassell has been in Paja's chest all year long. And hardly ever lets him get a good look. Once they let Peja get hot he might carry thru the rest of the series.

He'll have a big game in the series. If not this game, then at home. I'm not worried about Peja. Also, if they put hassell on Bibby, then Peja will score 33 [IMG]. Besides, Bibby can drive past Hassell easily.
