The paper seemed to think that we would leave Grant Hill and Zaza Pachilia unprotected. Opinions?

I think it's a mistake not keeping Zaza, but making mistakes is what our organization does best.

If you get the first pick and take Okafor or Howard, Zaza and Hunter should not have a lot of playing time.

If orlando gets first pick in the draft there's no reason to protect Zaza, Hunter, and Deqclerk you should sign a free agent center. With the first pick you should take Josh Smith, no Emeka Okafor. Okafor has back problems and the Magic dont need a injury prone center. This would be there lineup of protected players since they dont have to protect draft picks:
    1)Tracy McGrady
    2)Juwan Howard
    3)Keith Bogans
    4)DeShawn Stevenson
    5)Drew Gooden
    6)Reece Gaines
    7)Pat Garrity
    8)Tyronn Lue

I wouldn't get rid of Zaza...he's young and needs to develop, but he has heart, and that's what the Magic need.
